Luau Experience - The Luau was a nice experience. They moved our Friday Luau to the roof top. The music and performers were amazing. The food was good chose Diamond Premiere seating feel it was worth it. Only thing as the Hotel does a fire work show wish on Friday they could do the luau where you can see them as well. I wouldn’t mind extra cost if they could work it In somehow. Might be logistics or whatnot. You do have time to hike over to the shore for the fireworks on Friday if you like but lots of people come for the fireworks at Hilton village.

“Fun and Easy Luau Right at the Hilton” - We really enjoyed this luau during our stay at the Hilton. It’s a little touristy — which is to be expected — but it was still such a fun and memorable evening. I loved that it was right on the resort property, so there was no need to worry about transportation or timing. The setting made it super convenient after a long day of exploring. The evening started with flower bracelets for everyone and temporary tattoos, which was a cute and festive touch. The performances were lively and entertaining, with a mix of storytelling, hula, and fire dancing that kept the energy high. The food was solid and plentiful, with a good variety for everyone to enjoy, and the bar service was quick and friendly. It may lean on the touristy side, but for the convenience, the atmosphere, and the overall experience, it was a great way to enjoy a luau while staying at the Hilton. I’d happily recommend it to anyone who wants a fun, stress-free luau night.

Good Show, Odd Location, Average Food, Steep Price - We had a difficult time just finding the location, as we expected it to be near the beach or at least in or near a hotel near the beach. It was instead high on a rooftop of a parking garage, which, once we got there, turned out to be fine, but it was certainly not what we were expecting. The buffet food was fine, but included some selections I wouldn't expect to find at a luau (caesar salad doesn't scream Hawaiian). The drinks included a welcome mai tai and an additional drink from the bar (non-alcoholic drinks are also available). The entertainment was fun and enjoyable, including a host who was reminiscent of Don Ho, live music, singing and dancers. As with everything in Hawaii, the price is steep - we paid $185/person, but there is a higher level price that supposedly gets you closer to the stage, but our seats were really close, so I don't see how the higher lever would be worth it. We went to this luau on our first night in Hawaii, and it served as a nice festive Hawaiian welcome. That having been said, there are numerous luau options on the various islands, so if we return, we would probably be a bit more choosy.

Luau - It is no longer on the rooftop of the hotel. It is on the ground. We were not informed of the change finally found the event after looking for it was in a very long line. Show was good could not see fireworks as we were unable to get close enough. Very disappointing, confusion on where to go caused stress that took away ability to fully enjoy the show. Show staff would not refund as we did not schedule with them

Starlight Luau lacks luster - We choose this luau as we were close by and it allowed time for us to see the fireworks. We found the process rushed from entry until exit, food was mediocre at best, line for drinks long and the show was disappointing. With so many other choices in the area, I recommend trying a different one.

They moved it to the... - They moved it to the ground level. We were second table and it was still very hard to see the luau dancers

Show was too short - The meal was great and there was a lot of it. For the money, it was too short. It was only 2 hours from the time they let you into the venue. I booked golden circle seating and was put at the back. Don’t know if that was any different but if it’s cheaper, I wouldn’t bother with this. Didn’t matter what you booked, you just got put in a seat.
