We were picked up at the... - We were picked up at the Honolulu airport by our tour guide Vanessa. Upon entering the van Vanessa began informing us as well as the other passenger's what to expect when we arrived at Pearl Harbor. She did a great job driving us there along with sharing the history of Pearl Harbor. When Vanessa returned later that afternoon she then gave us a driving tour of Waikiki ( she gave us granola bars, water, and juice). I would say the tour lasted a good hour to hour and a half. She then drove us back to the airport where we caught a flight back to Maui. I would definitely recommend taking this tour as you won't be disappointed!! If you lucky enough to visit any of the Hawaiian Islands make it a point to see Pearl Harbor.

The first thing to know... - The first thing to know is that is takes more than one day to cover all of Pearl Harbor and the museums, just plan on that. It took almost all of the day just doing the Arizona and Missouri. Both were fantastic and I'm so glad we were able to visit those sites, but we need to go again to visit the museums. This is not a guided tour by the tour company, but the drop off, introduction and pickup was fantastic.

Arizonaand Missouri Tour - Signing up was straightforward. They emailed the day before with final pickup details. The driver was on time and delivered us to the visitor center, providing us with our tickets for the Arizona memorial. The tickets for the Missouri were sent to us electronically. Pickup was arranged with us when he dropped us off. He was on time for pickup . We then went for a tour through the punch owl cemetery, then downtown Honolulu. Finally dropped us off as scheduled. We'll organized.

Transportation to Memorial starts the amazing experience. - Great experience, Vanessa B. Was very warm and helpful. She gave a very knowledgeable introduction to the Memorial prior to getting to the memorial. Pick up was great and on time again Vanessa is a real professional and made the trip enjoyable.

A once in a lifetime experience - A very good experience, glad we got to experience this, all parts were very informative, from the transportation, museums and staff We would liked it to be a little more interactive (Pearl Harbour) and felt there could be more availability to access food and drinks

Convenient Way to Get to Pearl Harbor but Not Really a Tour! - This was a convenient way to get to the Pearl Harbor sites, and it included some admissions--to the USS Missouri and the ferry to the USS Arizona. Note that visiting the submarine museum on site and the aviation museum are $30.00 each per adult! It was nice to have the reservations and to hear a bit of history on the way there and back. Tour guides are only allowed inside for five minutes once you arrive at the site. Good instructions from Vanessa, but gosh, I really thought I was buying a more personal tour of the sites... On the way back, due to re-schedule of our tour from the day before (due to the National Parks shutting down reservations for an unknown reason), this tour we took also apparently included a city tour on the way back. This was a problem for us, as we needed to get to the airport to catch our flight home. And really, a city tour after a 7- hour stay at Pearl Harbor?! W had to bail and catch an Uber for $50.00 back to our hotel where our luggage was being stored. So just beware if you get re-scheduled!

Unprofessional management - Pickup at hotel went as instructed at 9:30a. We had purchased tours for both USS Arizona and Missouri. We were told by the driver that pickup was at 1:45p. We skipped lunch in order to be at pickup spot on time but he had given us the wrong pickup time. When we had arrived and boarded van, more people showed up who were told the same time so there were not enough seats. Instead of making alternative solutions, the manager George got on the phone and accused us of taking someone else’s seat. Issue was resolved but not by tour company. Very unprofessional.

USS Arizona and Missouri Tour - This is a mixed review. Visiting the USS Arizona and USS Missouri is truly an experience you can’t fully appreciate until you’re there in person. Standing at the USS Arizona Memorial was both an honor and a privilege. The accompanying exhibits were excellent, informative, realistic, and thoughtfully presented. The tour of the USS Missouri, led by Daniel, was a highlight. His engaging storytelling and deep knowledge brought history to life, and he handled questions with ease. This experience should be on everyone’s bucket list. However, there were some drawbacks. We received no guidance on how to navigate the memorial grounds, no instructions on the process for boarding the USS Arizona shuttle or what to expect upon arrival. A simple orientation or map would have made a big difference. I hope this aspect of the experience is improved in the future.

Cancelled - Our tickets were canceled the day before the excursion. No reason given. We stayed in Honolulu an extra day to do Pearl Harbor tour. They did give us passes to Arizona as a consolation.
