• We kindly ask that you arrive to Pier A, 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for a smooth check-in. The boat departs promptly at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late and miss the departure, it will be considered a “no call, no show” and we won’t be able to offer a refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
