Above expectations - This was an awesome experience for my family. We haven’t never snorkeled before and we felt safe and confident. We saw lots of turtles and fish. The young men were so helpful and very kind. The captain was funny. My husband stayed on the ship while the kids and I went out on water. He enjoyed hanging out on the ship and he even saw turtles and dolphins!

XXL Turtles - Great snorkeling location! The reef was full of wildlife and the water was super clear. Only saw a few turtles but they were enormous—much larger than the ones you typically see closer to shore.

Great family trip - Wonderful crew and guidance. Went with family at all different levels of experience and everyone loved it.

Great way to start the new year! - The trip was really fun, even if the distance is short! The crew was really fun, the tri-cat is very balanced, and the turtle "guarantee" held -- we saw several, along with whales, dolphins and fish! Definitely recommend this tour for a nice afternoon out!

Great Snorkeling, Average Service - This was my first snorkeling experience and I really enjoyed it. The activity itself was amazing. However, I do feel the staff could have been a bit more approachable, as they didn’t seem very engaged or enthusiastic about their work.

I informed the crew... - I informed the crew members that I am not a strong swimmer, but I was not provided any assistance getting into the water, even though I asked the instructor who was already in the ocean. He swam away and disappeared, leaving me and a few others who were slower swimmers behind. When I could no longer swim, I had to ask a fellow tour participant to get the instructor’s attention for me. I do not recommend this tour for anyone who is not a strong swimmer. I did not feel safe in the ocean, as the instructor did not keep an eye on everyone and left participants unattended.

Don’t recommend for anyone with motion sensitivity. - The water is extremely choppy and the boat bounces with excessive motion. All of the tours seem to go out to the same general area to snorkel for turtles. The guide didn’t provide much guidance or point out species of fish etc. we saw one turtle that disappeared quickly likely due to the tremendous number of people in the area. There were 6 boats of 25-50 people each parked in the same area. Do not go on this excursion if you have any motion sickness issues. 4 out of 6 people in my family alone that all premeditated still got sea sick.

Forgotten in the Marina - Arrived at check in point. Waited for them to show up. They did not! Contacted them and they canceled the outing. No notification, pay 36.00 dollars for Uber, cut our morning outing short so we would be there on time. This was not managed well at all. Excursion company should have had someone posted up to at check in to advise us of cancelation. Totally ruined the day for us.

Not recommended at all - According to the organizer, turtles were promised a guarantee... You didn't see anything...and you got the feeling the arrogant staff were making fun of it
