Was a great time and the... - Was a great time and the food was very good. A long drive from where we were staying but that was on me for not checking. It was worth the drive in the long run. Everyone was very happy with the experience.

Great luau - come early for hiking - We really enjoyed the luau. We got there a couple hours early so that we could hike to Waimea falls - which was well worth it. The dinner and show were very good. The after-dinner performance did seem to drag on, but the performers were very skilled and did a great job. Overall it was a full and enjoyable night.

One of the most magical and memorable evenings of my life. I was absolutely captivated by the beauty of the land and dancers. The meal was amazing as well. There is not one negative thing I could say about this. Well worth the money.

Absolutely the Best!! - Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend this authentic luau that highlights all the Polynesian Island traditions and culture. Every thing was absolutely wonderful!! The food was delicious and fresh. The “pre-show” was informative and interesting and involved the guests. The host was energetic, funny and engaging. The story of the cultures was interesting and involved the guests. One of our family members has been to other luaus and said this is the best he has ever attended. If you are looking for a fun, authentic, entertaining, informative and delicious experience, book the Toa Luau!!

Immersive Luau - more than a show! - Best thing we did in Hawaii! Went for our honeymoon and wanted to visit an authentic luau, and this was more! It was interactive with teaching us the way of Polynesian life. My husband explained that we learned the cultural history through experiencing it. The food was amazing and all you can eat was nice so I could try the cake a second time. There was comedy, performances, and a welcoming vibe! I will definitely return next chance I go to Hawaii!

Love local luau - This is an awesome local luau! The pre-dinner experience included a few native Hawaiian activities, which was nice. The “master of ceremonies” was very entertaining and informative. The dancing… phenomenal! The meal was delicious too. I loved starting the evening out with a beautiful real lei. The only things I wasn’t crazy about were: dinner was served on paper plates; and secondly that even though we had “gold” seating, it was tricky to see the stage as other guests blocked my view. Perhaps they can raise the stage or somehow tier the seating. We did enjoy some Waimea Valley activities earlier in the day (swimming, seeing the botanicals). Wish they would consider upgrading their infrastructure and consider better bathrooms and changing rooms; maybe an inconspicuous handrail to get into the water? I did see signs of construction so I wish them all the best for positive growth! Would recommend.

Misrepresented experience and package levels/benefits - I attended the luau and purchased tickets for the express reasons of (1) the website pictures and seating chart show that gold tables would be elevated relative to the stage so that there would be an unobstructed view, and (2) it was explicitly stated that silver tickets were bar height seats which I wanted to avoid. But it turns out that the package benefits/differences were completely misrepresented. Every single table was exactly the same, nine people to a table, all the same height and all the same chairs and everything. So there was literally no difference at all between the packages. The seating chart depicted on the website was a complete lie and totally defeated the purpose of me buying these tickets. The stage was up front and center, my table was the same height as all the others so I still saw all the phones in front of me blocking the view, and the venue was a temporary tent that looked thrown together in a fortnight rather than the permanent structure depicted on your website. The tables and chairs themselves were also just cheap plastic, nothing like what was shown in the pictures and what I had come to expect. If I had known the conditions beforehand, I would have never purchased any tickets to begin with, nevermind gold tickets at an additional cost. The food was not fresh and mediocre at best, and I didn't even use half my drink tickets but that's a separate point. The performances themselves were fine. Overall I feel grossly overcharged for something of far lesser quality than I expected and paid for, because the website specifically misrepresented key details to me that influenced my purchase decision.
