We felt like ohana - Jadd was our guide, and twice we were told before our tour started that we had the best guide. He was fantastic! He made us feel welcome, walked us through the exhibits and planned out our day for us. He embodied the spirit of aloha and made us feel like ohana! Everyone at the cultural center was kind and welcoming, and overall made it such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family!

Very expensive and worth every penny - An awesome experience. I was worried about it being a “tourist trap”, but the culture there is real. Each island is by the people of that culture and it is something they appear to take pride in. The workers are provided a college education for their service which is great. The food is outstanding. Really didn’t expect that from such an operation. We had the lunch buffet to start and the dinner at the end. Try one bite of each item and it will likely be more than you can handle.

Breathtaking - Kaleb was me and my children’s tour guide and he absolutely made our experience very comfortable and educated us very well. I love the entire culture center. It was absolutely amazing and we had the super ambassadors luau package.

A glowing day of aloha. - Our guide Neil was spectacular. He shared experiences with knowledge about all of the islands, personally ran the demonstration on making tapa cloth, got us to all the main events for our special seatings and was generally a joy.
The day flew by from beginning to end, and the hosts at dinner and during our behind the scenes store were also very friendly, informative and helpful.

Very attentive & kind staff - Our experience was amazing. Sage our guide was extremely helpful and adaptive. He caters to his guest’s needs very well & does his best to ensure that his guest have a great experience.
Aly our waitress at the buffet was very attentive and kind. She did her best to honor our needs.

Gem of Oahu - A bit pricey, but highly recommend the Ambassador VIP experience. Amazing guide (Lou) who allowed us to be ourselves and ask silly questions. Always made sure we were always on step ahead of everyone else in seating and where to be. Fun, personable and it felt like we were a part of the family. Length is definitely right at my limit, for the whole day. Very family friendly, but fun for couples too!
Food was 4/5. Some parts were unavailable unfortunately (I'm looking at you chocolate iced cream). Waitress was wonderful (Naomi!) Sweet, attentive and cordial.

Highlight of our trip! - Andrew was an absolute delight! The our family of 8 felt like VIPs from the moment we walked through the entrance. The welcome tent set the stage for a personalized and perfectly paced day. Andrew adapted his speed to the needs of our group, ensured the best seats, rest breaks and a fantastic experience. The started with a Pina Colada was the perfect greeting to the Luau! The food was fabulous and the story touched our hearts. The final show was out of this world! We were absolutely blown away by the performer telling this amazing story. Absolutely the highlight of our trip!

The BEST experience in Hawaii!!!!! - We had the best day at the Polynesian Cultural Center!! Moehani was an amazing tour guide too! So much laughter and learning of the different cultures. And the dinner - INCREDIBLE. Then the show at the very end was definitely the highlight! An experience of a lifetime. This was a must do and we already want to come back!

Super Ambassador 1st timers - The whole day was packed full of activities and our tour guide Brad was full of information and added a personal connection for us. We loved the Fiji island and learning about all the different islands as well. The buffet was delicious and had so many options. I’m so glad we chose this for first visit to Hawaii.
