• We sail in all weather conditions, rain or shine, and guests should expect to get wet under normal sailing conditions.

• Although this experience is open to all ages, the atmosphere often resembles a bar or party setting. Parents should consider this when booking for children. Every guest, regardless of age, must have their own ticket (no lap infants allowed).

• Guests must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure, with no exceptions. Late check-ins may result in losing the reservation or missing the departure without any option for rebooking or refunds.
