Amazing shark watching experience! - The whole experience was easy and stress-free. The guys were great, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. My whole party felt safe and looked after for the duration of the trip, and the sharks were so beautiful! We loved that the operation was owned and run by native Hawaiians, and 100/10 would do again.

100% …the best company. - This was an awesome experience!!! You have been wanting to check this off your bucket list…that was me too. This company and crew are the folks you want to entrust yourself to. They are true professionals and the equipment is very new and in great condition. They are knowledgeable and super nice! I recommend them 100%. The experience was incredible and to look straight into a sharks eyes from a foot or two is awesome!!

Once in a lifetime experience - It was a great experience to see sharks swimming so close to you. The water was so clear and you could see the sharks right in front of you! There were so many. We were given ample amount of time to be in the water. The ride is choppy so please take dramamine if you’re sea sick. The crew was helpful and took good care of us. Overall excellent activity

Sharks everywhere - This was an amazing experience to share with my family. We encountered 4 sharks and several whales. Just an amazing time!! Would definitely recommend to all. The captain and his partner were great, they knew exactly where to take us and we were the first boat there and had the opportunity to have these sea creatures all to our selves!! Will definitely do this again!

Swimming with the Sharks of the North Shore of Oahu - Our thirteen-year-old grandson requested that our family, ages 77 to 13, join him Shark Cage Diving for Christmas. On December 26th we were greeted by Captain Derek, Kama and photographer Andy on an amazing adventure. We were greeted at the Haleiwa Boat Harbor by Captain Derek and his crew and our family of five was joined by another group and boated three miles off the North Shore of Oahu where we had the experience of snorkeling among sharks. From the standpoint of the five members of our family, all from Iowa, it was an incredible opportunity to see sharks in their natural habitat, and well worth our time and investment. Captain Derek, Kama and Andy were all very professional while at the same time incredibly engaging. Everyone in our group would consider another Shark Cage Dive sometime in the future.

Unforgettable, authentic shark dive with incredible local crew - ★★★★★ This was one of those experiences that really stays with you. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and genuine. Once we were on the water, the conditions were great and the sharks showed up in a big way, calmly swimming around the cage and giving us plenty of time to take it all in. Lono and Nellie were outstanding. They were warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain what we were seeing, how to respect the sharks, and how to relax and enjoy the experience. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. What stood out most is that this is a locally owned and operated tour. It felt personal and intentional, not like a corporate run operation. Just real people sharing something they truly care about. Easily one of the highlights of our time on the North Shore and something I would recommend to anyone visiting Oahu.

Absolute Must-Do in Hawaii - Our family of five had the most incredible and memorable Christmas Day with Haleiwa Shark Tours. From the moment we arrived, the guides made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm, friendly nature, it felt less like a commercial tour and more like a special family outing. They kept us smiling the entire time and went out of their way to make the experience extra special. We expected to see two or three sharks at most, but we were completely blown away when at least a dozen sharks cruised past the cage. Seeing them up close in their natural environment was awe-inspiring and something we’ll be talking about for years to come. I cannot recommend this tour, or the amazing guides, highly enough. Without question, it was the best money we spent while visiting Hawaiʻi and an experience our family will cherish forever.

Great crew! Great experience! ...and sharks! - Well run, organized, informative and safe. Guides were awesome (Lono and Kama, I think, sorry if I got that wrong!) - informative, relaxed, friendly and fun, while clearly taking safety seriously. We saw sharks! Big ones. The waves bounced us around a bit but that is to be expected on the north shore, and we never felt unsafe with the weather. Or the sharks! Highly recommended!
