Highlights
The “Boar” has a broader range of experiences than the “Piglet” had. It starts out at sea level and runs through a variety of terrain up to the 1,300 ft. level. This tour will include panoramic views of Waialua town, Mokuleʻia coastline, Waiʻanae volcano, and scenic lookouts overlooking Anahulu Valley, ʻOpaeʻula Valley, Kawai Iki Valley, and the greater Kawailoa Watershed. Unlike the “Piglet” where guests had to enter Waimea park on their own to view the water fall, the “Boar” itinerary actually does include mountain swimming (weather permitting).
There are 2 options for swimmers:
- Drive down to the stream and take a dip in a pool.
- Drive down to the stream and take a 10 min hike to a small secluded waterfall.
