The lesson begins with a thorough land lesson, covering essential topics such as safety, proper positioning on the board, and paddling techniques. We use top-of-the-line surfboards provided by Moku Surf Shop and walk to the nearby beach to get into the water and start our lesson. We surf together as a group, allowing beginners to feel comfortable and confident as they learn. Paddling and surfing can be an excellent workout, so we encourage visitors to drink plenty of water and come hydrated. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, as we provide all other necessary equipment. Surfing is an incredible experience that is both exhilarating and fun, and we are excited to share this adventure with you!
