Private surf lesson with Louis - Louis was an amazing and fun instructor! I took an advanced beginner private and felt like I improved and built my confidence enough to go out on my own. I definitely recommend!

“That was awesome” - My son had an amazing time with his instructor Chris. The whole crew made sure that we had the best time out there on the waves. They had patience and compassion for a first timer and it showed. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Hans Hedemann a MUST!! - Absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommend! Sergio was the BEST! Taught my 8 year old grandson to surf and now is HOOKED! Everyone at Hans Hedemann are kind and very professional. Felt extremely safe leaving my grandson in their hands!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We did a different surf school the last time here…don’t do that….use these guys. This was a great experience we did 2 days my 10yo had so much fun. The drone pic package is WAY WORTH IT! 🙏🏽💪🏽❤️🏝️

Epic North Shore Lesson - I saw the waves at the North Shore for the first time and I had an urge to catch some waves. I bought a private lesson to have another person go out with me that knew the area. I am new to surfing and I did not want to piss off anybody by not knowing the right of way rules out in the surf. Hans showed up and helped me out- I caught so many waves that I was smoked at the end of the session. Very cool experience and Hans helped me improve my surfing and he had interesting stories to tell. Great time- thank you Hans! Keep going strong!

Amazing surf lessons - We did surf lessons with Hans Hedmann surf school and they were amazing! Niko and Sergio were awesome instructors. I would highly recommend this business for surf lessons!

Excellent service and excellent quality instructor!!! - Great service in the office, very helpful. My instructor “Sergio Dissaro” was great!! I was a first time surfer, 49 years old. He had me up within 15 minutes of the lesson. Highly recommend Sergio!!

Ride those waves! - This is a great way to learn the basics of surfing. Waikīkī has small waves that are perfect for beginners. The private lesson was worth the cost and allowed more coaching and riding more waves. Get the drone package to prove you did it! Niko was a great teacher and his insights and small adjustments sped my progress more than a group class would have.

Completely commercialized, coaches only care about money and don't care about students. Rude coach even shouting kids. - We had 2hours private class for my teens today. 30mins orientation and 30mins waking . Kids only take an hour class. The most unbearable thing is that my child was pushed into the water by a student taking a group class during class, and was still frightened out of wits. Moreover, the coach of the group class shouted and scolded loudly at her. My daughter is still very sad up to now. Attending such a school is simply a waste of time and money. definitely not recommended.
