Definitely recommend this - Starting with a demonstration, on rafts, of their traditional dances, by each culture within the Polynesian Cultural Centre, this visit was off to a good start. We went to each Cultural area, got involved in traditional crafts, fighting, dances, and gained information about each, which was absolutely fascinating. Getting to throw spears, taste coconut bread, enjoy Tahitiam dance, and try traditional New Zealand hand eye coordination games, was amazing. This unique setting is beautiful and having a trip down the central river on a raft, helped us to see everything we couldn't see on foot. The day passed so quickly, we didn't really have time to explore the marketplace, which seemed to have loads of shops, and which opens beforehand, so would be worth coming earlier, to do this. Definitely worth a visit.

Surprisingly Awesome - My 16 year old son wanted to do this and I did not expect to have a good time but it ended up being one of my favorite experiences. It was entertaining, educational, hands on and food was fantastic. It was great to learn more about these islands and their cultures. 5 Stars and I have recommended it to everyone

Amazing Day at the Polynesian Cultural Center - We did the Super Ambassador package and it was honestly one of the best days of our trip. I went with my youngest daughter and our tour guide Amelia from Tonga was incredible. She was so kind and loving toward my daughter the entire day and really made the experience special. My daughter especially loved when Amelia taught her how to weave with leaves, and when it was time for Amelia to leave she was actually sad to say goodbye. She’s been talking about Tonga ever since and says she wants to visit someday to see Amelia’s culture for herself. We also did the Luau and the food was great, lots of variety and everything was fresh. The evening show, Ha: Breath of Life, was amazing too. The fire dancing, music, and story were the perfect way to end the night. Everything from start to finish was so well done. If you visit, I definitely recommend the Super Ambassador package, and if you get Amelia as your guide, you’re in for something truly special.

Great day for fun and learning - Great day at the center. We were able to visit every island and see every presentation. The shows were so fun and interesting, very different from a museum with exhibits. The employees are from the islands and love to share their culture with visitors. We learned quite a bit and could have stayed longer if it was open later.

Worth a visit - While a bit “corny”, overall it was a nice day. Many of the activities were fun. There are plenty of people to ask questions and direct you.

Wonderful day - We visited earlier this month and really enjoyed our day. The package we chose included transportation to and from our hotel, admission and buffet dinner. I believe it also included the show in the evening but we were tired and left after dinner. We loved the show along the river and our visits to the individual islands. The center is very clean (like Disney clean) and the staff was very friendly. A wonderful day.
