Great family vacation - This is a one-of-a-kind experience! The student guides are personable and the performers are exceptional. The food is abundant and delicious. If someone has other than a good time, they probably aren’t happy about anything on this planet. Thank you for an amazing adventure PCC!!

Incredible, Immersive, Worth the price - This was an amazing and immersive experience. We didn't know what to expect at first, but definitely plan for an all day experience! It has shows, demonstrations and lots of information about 6 Polynesian islands. There is so much to do and see here. We stayed for the buffet and HA Breath of Life Show too. The food was incredible and very diverse depending on what you wanted to try. The show explored the cultures more in a beautiful way, and the fire show at the end was astounding. It is a little bit out of the way from the downtown area, so plan your travel there accordingly, but we took a shuttle from our hotel area in Waikiki and it was easy to book, even the day of. Just a long ride for an already jet lagged family. But our driver on the shuttle was amazing and provided lot of information along the way.

Lots to see and eat - We spent about 6 hours at the Polynesian Cultural Center. There was quite a bit to see. The place wasn’t crowded. It was clean and the people working there friendly and helpful. The buffet was excellent. Plenty of items to choose from. The pork was the best

Disappointing - While there was plenty of food, the quality was not good. Much of it was not tasty - even the pineapple wasn’t sweet. In addition, they had the usual fountain drinks, with no choice of something Hawaiian, like juice. It was very disappointing.

Uncomfortable White Washed Experience - This place is a money grab for the LDS Mormon church. Heavy rainforest cafe vibes but the servers are shirtless face painted kids. The BYU students who perform here work 20 hours a week while in school and 40 hours a week during holidays. They need approval from a bishop who determines if they live a chaste and virtuous life and are committed to building the “kingdom of god”. Not surprised to hear many of the students are psych majors. Probably trying to work out whether or not they agree with what they are doing.

Bad ticketing experience - Viator sold us tickets but when we got there the tickets were sold out. Nothing wrong with the center but they need to not sell tickets with Viator if they can’t guarantee the tickets

Didn’t get to attend due to a Buyout!!! - I came from cruise ship and had to turn around. Uber fare $57 wasted on trip. Apparently a National Cheer group bought out entire facility. Forget the people with confirmed reservations. Unacceptable and disappointing. I was also double charged by Trip Advisor and waiting on second refund.
