USS Arizona - The USS Arizona memorial was a somber experience. The introduction film sets the stage for what to expect on the USS Arizona.

Highly recommend - Seeing the USS Arizona was a moving and unforgettable Experience. The museums were wonderful as was our time aboard the USS Missouri. Wish we could have spent 2 days there as there is so much to see. Going with a tour group Was nice. Our tour guide Robert had all tickets ready for us and was very informative about the area on the ride to and from PearlHarbor. Would highly recommend.

10/10 recommend - Guide was knowledgeable about the Harbor and what to expect in terms of security, lines, rules, etc… He was very clear about time frames and gave us great guidance on how to navigate the park. I’m so glad I decided to do the Missouri, an absolute must, but give yourself plenty of time to explore, it can be a bit overwhelming.

An opportunity to experience what our fathers and grandfathers endured for us to be free - After the bombing of pearl harbour on the 7th December 1941 the same Japanese squadrons attacked allied forces in Darwin bay Australia on February 19th 1942. My father was on the HMAS Warrego in company with USS Peary and USA supply and support ships. After a brave defence several US ships including the Peary were heavily damaged and the harbour and many surrounding buildings were destroyed. To be able to visit Pearl Habour and pay respects to the men of the Arizona and the many others who made the ultimate sacrifice was moving and gave a first hand incite into the horrendous conditions the service personnel were subjected to on that day. The tour of the Battleship Missouri provided a glimpse and an opportunity to physically experience the conditions the men lived, worked and fought under. A valuable, memorable experience. Thank you.

Very Interesting and heartfelt experience. - Our tour guide Art was excellent. He was very knowledgeable regarding the history of Hawaii and the USS Missouri and Pearl Harber. USS Missouri was very interesting and worth the time to tour. It was a great view into our WWII veterans' historic lives. Pearl Harber/USS Arizona, the war memorial and the surrounding museums we also informative. I enjoyed reading all the letters written by both USS veterans and the Japanese young men who died for their country. All 5 of our Family, including 3 teens enjoyed. Worth the visit.

Pearl Harbour Visit & Missouri - Unfortunately we thought this was a waste of money, better to find your own way there, buy tickets once there. What made the trip was our driver Arlaine, she was a right character.

Bad Karma - Very, very disappointed and dissatisfied with this tour company, Karma. First off…much confusion and many text messages to participants THE MORNING OF regarding changes to previously designated pick up locations. Tour commenced late from final pick up. Second, more time allotted to visit Arizona Memorial WITH film than was necessary. Only 2 couples were participating in USS Missouri tour, others to be rejoined at 1:30-2 pm @ memorial parking lot. Third, by the time we finally arrived at the Missouri we were given only a little over 1 hour for the entire tour…30 minutes of which was prefaced by a tour guide providing general historical information. We had to cut standard walking tour short and take a side exit to scramble back to bus loading area. Fourth, not able to to make visit to cemetery so guide just drove around trying to show different historical areas. This portion was at least 1 hour. If you look at the tour description it was for Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri. When we voiced our disappointment in not being able to finish USS MISSOURI tour and that we would have to come back on our own the tour guide called his dispatch to see if we may be booked on another tour at a discount, the answer was NO. I do not believe this poor review is wholly the fault of Viator but that of the contracted tour company…bad Karma.
