Disney Cruise ship trip. - Our guide made sure we got to see the Arizona memorial even during renovation. Most of the tourists that day didn’t get to see it, but the guides understanding of the situation at the Park guaranteed we maximized our trip. I fully recommend this service to anyone looking to make the best use of their time there.

Today was amazing!! We... - Today was amazing!! We even got to go on the Arizona, which was a blessing as my husband is a Navy veteran and his ship was docked at Pearl Harbour for a couple weeks in the '70's. Art was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and funny!! I definitely recommend this trip!!

Be at the pickup location... - Be at the pickup location early. There was ample time to visit both the Arizona and Missouri. Probably too rushed if you want to also go to the other museums within Pearl Harbour as well.

Big Ripoff - Very expensive. Drivers time you to a T. No flexibility. Everything is free except for the Missouri tour ($38). We paid $115 ea. A very expensive bus ride. Not worth it.

Worth it but stressful! - Will we? Won’t we? Huge queues at the Arizona memorial So headed to USS Missouri a visit of an out 2 hours and very interesting. As we headed back to the Arizona our guide informed us the we would NOT be able to get the ferry to the memorial. However on arrival she announced that we MIGHT get a chance. We registered for stand by and waited, and waited. She left us to hang around and stressed that the bus back to the hotel would leave at 2pm Eventually we got a chance to get on the 1-30 ferry BUT this would mean that we would not get back to the tour bus until well after 2pm. Unsure as to what to do we phoned the operator and were told that 2 pm was the time for return and if we wanted to go on the ferry we would have to get an Uber back tomorrow the hotel. We could not contact our guide!!!! Eventually one of our party got a text message saying that the bus would wait until 2-30 so we could and did manage to visit the memorial. Found it very stressful sitting for over an hour not knowing and having no one to speak to face to face!!!

Investigate before booking - They do not pick up at your hotel. We picked this tour based on the fact that it said it would pick us up at our resort. That was false. We did not find out about the pick up until after the cancellation time had passed. We were traveling with family with mobility issues and we uber to and from pick up location. In addition the distance between bus and entry gates was several blocks. The guide does not stay with you only does pick up and drop off. Do not book this tour if you cannot walk and stand for long periods of time. In addition you are only given about 20 minutes at the Arizona memorial. Driver picked us up at 6:30 am we arrived at Pearl Harbor at 7:45, waited until 10am before we were able to get on the boat to the memorial. Spent 20 minutes there boat ride back and back in the van by 10:45. Drove to the USS Missouri, 11:15-1:15, to eat lunch and tour the ship. Back on bus at 1:15. Bus had multiple stops for pick up and drop off.

Disappointing tour Pearl Harbor - Disapointing to find out nothing at the mémorial was included. Needed to pay for the submarine exhibition and visit. We missed the boat tour because we were late coming and to get in the queu to access boat tour we registres on arrival but we should have been at least a jour earlier. Karma tour picked up people in 6 locations which took us 1-1/4 hour. For the money I would not recommend this tour. Take a taxi and go direct to memorial, register for boat tour early then take another taxi to go to USS Missouri

Government shutdown caused havoc at Pearl Harbor. - We tried to visit on the first day of the government shutdown. While no one really knew what was going on we wound up standing in line in the rain for 2 hours before giving up and taking an Uber back to our hotel. We asked the company that did the trip Karma for some sort of refund nd the referred us back to try to get a refund from Trip Advisor where we booked the trip. Waiting on a response from Trip Advisor
