A somber experience... - Very moving and somber. Our guide, Ian, was incredibly knowledgeable yet very entertaining. An overall great experience. I highly recommend to any first-timers!

Pearl Harbor Pivot - We had a unique experience today, day 1 of the government shutdown. Our tour guide Art was wonderful. The gates and parking areas were closed. Art kept us informed and pivoted our tour to the USS Missouri, indicating that although we were unable to visit the Arizona memorial, we could still view it from the dock of the Missouri. He was a wonderful tour guide, The Best I have experienced. His knowledge of Hawaii is amazing and I highly recommend this tour, despite the fact that our access to Pearl Harbor was denied!

Beware of this company - The company, stated that it was a 4-5 hour tour. There was no tour, just a pick up and drop off at the venue. They stated that it included admission /entry. Admission was Free It states that tickets are included for a boat ride to the Uss Arizona Again this was a free service, so you didn’t need tickets. Stating that tickets were included, implied that by purchasing this ‘tour’ you would definitely receive that service! (Please note that they were operating the ride out to the Arizona memorial on this particular day 26/9) though the time allowed by the company didn’t allow anyone to board,

Buyer beware! - SCAMMED OUT OF $170. BEWARE! Booked the Pearl Harbor tour through Trip Advisor/Viator, received notification to meet at a hotel several blocks from where we were staying for a 10:30 pickup. No one showed up. I called the tour provider, who expressed surprise that we were able to book this tour as they had cancelled 10:30 tours due to construction at Pearl Harbor. He told me that I’d have to go through Viator to get my money back, he accepted no responsibility for this problem and did not offer me an alternative excursion. Do not book with these folks. Bad Karma.

Bad experience, would... - Bad experience, would like to talk to someone about a refund. Paid a lot of money and was unable to do any of things I was expecting. Also left and didn’t even use the transportation back. Looking to speak with someone about the experience.

Arizona Memorial Scam - This was a complete scam. When we got to the Arizona Memorial it was a four hour wait. The Memorial was under repair and the tour company knew it. Still they were willing to take our money for nothing. When I called the tour operator to ask to be taken back, they hung up on me. STAY AWAY

Do not use Karma Tours - Not as advertised. The tour stated a boat ride to the memorial which was closed and Karma tours never informed us. Then they lied

Misleading Rip-Off – Do Not Book Through Viator/TripAdvisor - This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest travel experiences I’ve ever had. We paid $85 per person for what was nothing more than an overpriced shuttle ride to a FREE site. Entry to the Pearl Harbor memorial area costs nothing, but Viator (booked through TripAdvisor) made it seem like we were paying for a meaningful tour. The biggest letdown? The USS Arizona Memorial wasn’t even available to tour, and that crucial detail was never disclosed before we booked. When we contacted Viator for a refund, their customer service was appalling—they hung up on us twice, refused to help, and claimed there was “nothing they could do.” Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving us feeling completely ripped off. Save yourself the money and the headache: book directly through the official Pearl Harbor National Memorial site. Viator is happy to take your money but won’t lift a finger to make things right.
