Don’t hesitate - book it! - Amazing experience, even on a day where visibility wasn’t optimal! Ronnie, Terri, and Capt. Kevin were knowledge, extremely kind, and made us feel safe. Awesome crew! This is a must do when you’re in Oahu!

Hale’iwa’s Best Shark Tour - Hawai’i Adventure Diving exceeds my expectations every time I dive with them. Stacy, Terry and Annika made my most recent dive above all safe, fun, welcoming and informative. The crew always gives a thorough briefing, is highly prepared and attentive in the water, makes you feel valued as a guest, and provides valuable information on free diving, and on why shark conservation and advocacy are so important. The crew always goes out of their way to find the best dive sites to provide the most ideal conditions possible. I always leave my dives with Hawai’i Adventure Diving wanting to come back as soon as possible!!! 🦈🫶🏼🦈

Best experience ever! - This is my SECOND time booking with them in a few months! First time was in November. The weather was calmer, I saw a LOT of sharks. Also had a different crew who was great so of course I booked again with them. Today, the weather was not so nice-choppy waters, rained a bit, but….i had high hopes and they did not disappoint. At one point we had about 20 sharks around us. The best way to explain it-ethereal. I can’t explain the feeling I get around these majestic creatures. It’s truly an experience of a lifetime. I can’t wait to go back again and see hammerheads and tiger sharks…and maybe someday I’ll see my great white shark. Thank you to Terry who was one of our guides and the photographer (He did an amazing job with the photos!) and the entire crew. What an epic day!

Once in a lifetime experience! - I’m not even sure where to begin with Hawaii Adventure Diving. They are THE premier operator of shark tours on Oahu and my experience proved it. First of all, the crew is a small group of the most down to earth, passionate and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. Diving with sharks has been at the top of my bucket list since I was a young kid and Annika, Captain Ro and Terry made sure the experience was one of a kind. Not to mention the killer photos Terry got of me during the dive (I haven’t stopped looking at them).
Long story short, if you’re looking to check diving with sharks off your list, make sure you book with these guys. You most certainly won’t regret it. I can’t wait to come back for tiger sharks season in the near future

Best Adventure Ever - This was the absolute time of my life. The crew was amazing and the limited group made it so special and felt very safe.
Make sure you’re a decent swimmer and comfortable in open water if you’re getting in to swim cause you’re out in it.
We saw around 7 Galapagos sharks, and they were interested in the boat but weren’t remotely aggressive. If you’re able to dive under do it as much as possible.
Definitely get the photography package (you can buy it day of and Venmo) and tip well!

Best Open Water Shark Dive - It's honestly hard for me to even put into words how much this experience means to me. Diving with Hawaii Adventure Diving on the North Shore is something truly special, and every single time I go, it exceeds my expectations.
The crew consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience both fun and safe especially Ro, Stacey, Terry, and Ronnie. Their professionalism, energy, and genuine care make all the difference. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every detail of the dive. The optional photo package provided by Terry is worth every penny.
I'm a certified diver and have had the opportunity to dive in several locations around the world, as well as with other companies on the North Shore, but none compare to this team. Hawaii Adventure Diving stands in a league of its own.
This experience means the world to me. I travel to Hawaii every month for work, and I try to do this shark dive every time I'm here. That alone says everything.

Incredible. A must-do for all marine life lovers! - I have been a repeat customer of Hawaii Adventure Diving 5+ times and have had phenomenal experiences! This company keeps the group size small so you feel like you have a more one-one experience with the staff and animals. Two of those times I was able to have safe but close solo swims with a female tiger shark and countless Galapagos sharks. The Monday team of Terry (photographer), Stacy (captain), and Ronnie (safety diver) truly never disappoint. Upon showing up for my second dive with them, all of them remembered me and welcomed me back with enthusiasm. Terry is thorough in trying to make sure to get a variety of shots with you and the shark, with multiple opportunities per person. I really felt like the time spent with each guest (regardless of their decision to pre-purchase photos) was balanced and I appreciate that you don’t feel like you have to ask for a turn. I’ve had both Ronnie and Stacy as safety divers before and both are extremely attentive and knowledgeable about shark behavior, using their presence and posturing first and foremost to ensure mutual respect and safety between the sharks and the humans. Their expectations with guests of all swimming abilities is so clear, and their care of guests in times of anxiety was so compassionate and caring. 10/10 recommend this team!

Swim with sharks - We had a great time with Hawai Adventure Dive. We got to swim with Galapagos Sharks. It was a very peaceful expereience. They are beautiful creaturs. I love that it was a small group and had some education about shark behavior.
