Great island tour with tour guide Papa P! - Papa P was a great tour guide. He went above and beyond what we would expect from a tour guide. He had drinks and snacks for us. He told us so many stories about the island and his family. He even sang us a few songs while playing the guitar that had the whole bus applauding when he was done. There was no rush throughout the day since everyone had the flexibility of getting home when it was done so it was a nice enjoyable day He ordered our shrimp lunch ahead of time from Tanaka so that we did not have to wait in line and even brought his wife’s famous macaroni salad for us to enjoy while we ate our lunch. Would highly recommend.

The Papa P Experience - Amazing fun tour filled with warm Stories, jokes, local legends and historical insights. Papa P. takes pride and pleasure in his job, his bus, and takes great care of the people on his tour. The first thing in the morning we were waiting for the last party of 6. A phone call revealed that they had arrived early to the meeting place and got on a different bus! Papa P. Told them to get off that bus and we started driving to find them. We soon found a group of 6 tourists standing in front of a hotel looking lost and frightened. They seemed willing to get on board, but they weren't the right group. Another call and a few blocks later our group was complete. The tour was as advertised, hitting more than a dozen stops including scenic beaches, overlooks, and a good mix of local shops and eateries. If you want a great day on Oahu, just take this tour. You won't regret it.

Amazing - This tour was amazing!!! Papa P was the best tour guide. I highly recommend this tour!!! The best part was Papa P singing at the end of our tour.

Awesome tour! - Simply amazing tour! Papa P was such a good tour guide and so full of local and historical knowledge. Lots of stops and plenty of time for pictures. Busses are a bit dated, but the AC works and they are safe. Be sure to be on time! Highly recommend!!! AAA+

Grand Circle Island Tour - Nice tour with Papa P. We had a great experience and covered a lot of attractions in a single day. To top it off, the tour guide played couple of songs on his guitar!

North Shore Island Tour - Papa P did an amazing job! Highly recommend! Ended the trip playing his guitar and singing to us. This was such a nice tour we had on out trip. Mahalo!!

Good value, enjoyed the day. - Shannon was a great tour guide, enjoyed the history of the destinations we visited. Snorkeling was not the highlight, although the turtles were there in the shallow water…you don’t need to snorkel to see the turtles. Meals along the way were perfect and ordering ahead for lunch was smart, beat the big bus rush. I thought the pace was good, kept moving. The tour group size of less than 15 was perfect, more engaging. Some down sides of the tour was diamond head crater was not actually the crater, it was the lookout on the highway at the base, but the pictures were still good. I definitely recommend, good value. My 14 and 16 old enjoyed it too!

Terrible Tour! - Let me start by saying that we’ve been to Honolulu 2 times before but never got to go to the North Shore beaches, so we booked this tour and we were very excited about it, our guide was Shannon, unfortunately he must have been a fill in because anyone working for tips wouldn’t have treated passengers as we were treated, we were to stop at 16 different spots, 4-5 being North Shore beaches, he came prepared with a box full of snorkel equipment, we had a 1 hour stop to snorkel in a lagoon area that he embellished about how amazing it was and not too many knew about it, when asked why he was driving by the NS beaches, he said, I’m going yo tell you for the 2nd time, (meanwhile we never heard the first time) “I’m not allowed to stop at any NS beaches as I’ll get a BIG ticket!” We all didn’t understand as this was the whole idea of this tour, he took us to unscheduled places like a donut truck and crap souvenir shops instead of taking us where we paid to go. He wasn’t a nice person at all and was very snappy when answering questions, he also at the beginning of the tour did not pick us up where we were told to and told one lady who was at the scheduled pickup place, if you’re not here in 3 minutes, I’m leaving without you! She had oxygen and was hugging and puffing by the time she reached the bus, there was also not supposed to be more than 20 ppl on the bus but there were 23! As said woman left the bus she told him that she wouldn’t be tipping him due to the fact he was so nasty to her, he turned to her and called her a b—tch! I did receive a refund from Viator as they agreed that we didn’t get what we paid for!
