Begin with an introduction to the ancient Hawaiian sport - Surf the right way: by learning the rules and proper techniques from passionate and experienced instructors. We are confident you will enjoy it too!

Your 2-hour lesson starts with a land-based introduction before venturing into the water. We cover safe falling techniques and ocean etiquette. You’ll practice transitioning from lying down to standing up in the simplest way possible. You’ll discover how to catch waves, the best type of board for beginners, the top surf spots for novices, and more.

Our skilled instructors are dedicated to simplifying the process and ensuring your surfing experience is enjoyable, straightforward, and fulfilling. The goal is to equip you with enough knowledge to feel confident in various situations, with or without an instructor.

The North Shore of Oahu is renowned as the surfing capital of the world! It’s an exhilarating place to learn to surf, but safety is our priority, especially for children. Therefore, children under 13 years old must have a private lesson.

You will need to drive from Surf N Sea to the surf spot location.
