Experience an exhilarating open-door helicopter flight to witness the finest sights of Oahu! With an unobstructed view, embark on a breathtaking 50-minute narrated helicopter tour for an unforgettable adventure. Feel the breeze as you enjoy unparalleled aerial views of Oahu’s iconic landmarks, including Honolulu Harbor, Hanauma Bay, the Halona Blowhole, Sandy Beach, Dole Plantation, Pearl Harbor, and the USS ‘Arizona’ Memorial.
- To allow maximum flexibility in your schedule we have 6 flight times to choose throughout the day. Please note that seats are in high demand and space is limited so try to book ahead of time.
- All guests must be able to climb three stairs and lift themselves into the helicopter. It is NOT wheelchair accessible.
- For safety reasons, children 9 and under are unable to ride. Each child age 10-14 must be seated next to a responsible adult. No lap children are allowed; each person is required to wear a seat belt.
- Magnum Helicopters always flies with a full flight. If all four seats of the helicopter have not been sold the day before your scheduled flight we will contact you to reschedule. If unable to reschedule you will be given a full refund.
- The First Class option must be sold as a party of 2 only. If there are more than 2 adults in the party, a separate reservation must be made for the remaining members of the party.
- The combined weight of the two First Class passengers must not exceed 340 lbs. (156 kg)
- Open Seating and Extra Fees: Passengers are seated according to weight and balance and sat in travelling pairs. Passengers that exceed 250 lbs (113 kg) are subjected to an additional fee of $100. Passengers over 300 lbs must purchase and additional seat.
- Parties of 3 or 4: two of the passengers must meet the max combined weight limit of 340 lbs to accommodate the front seats. Please note, passengers are seated according to weight and balance limits of the aircraft. If the limits are exceeded, some parties may need to be split up and fly in separate aircraft or purchase an additional seat.

Great time - The tour was great, the ground crew was very polite and helpful. Once in the air the pilot was very knowledgeable and was able to cover many great locations in the hour.

Perfect flight over Oahu - Our pilot Josh made a very informative and great flight over Oahu. We saw everything including Pearl Habour, Kahlua Ranch, Coastline and much more. Definitely paid off

Amazing helicopter views above Oahu! - Super cool experience flying above Oahu on a helicopter! A bit hard to hear the pilot as others have noted but doesn’t take away from the breath taking experience of seeing the island from up above! Highly recommend.

Unforgettable Helicopter Tour over Oʻahu - Review:
An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ground staff were welcoming and friendly, and the pilot (I think his name was Herb) made the flight both safe and exciting. The helicopter gave us breathtaking views of Honolulu and the island – truly unforgettable. For the price, you get incredible value with a full hour in the air and world-class scenery. Highly recommended!

Open door Island Tour - My trip was booked for Monday morning at 08.30 i was told to arrive by 07.45 which having paid for uber i was there for 07.35 having not seen anyone i waited outside until 07.45 when someone came out and checked my name then said the helicopter was not there ( it had been in for service but due back on Sunday) and trip had been cancelled, i had had no communication about this, i then had to have trip rebooked for the Tuesday morning and paid for another uber back to Waikiki only to have to do this again on the Tuesday ( now having to pay for 2 ubers on the Monday for nothing), the company did not offer any compensation for this and refused when i asked saying it was down to me to travel there which yes it was but as it was their fault the tour did not go ahead and they did not send any communication, well very poor customer service. When i arrived on the Tuesday they had 2 helicopters running 2 tours at the same time so i do not know what the situation was with the 2 one on the Monday.
The tour itself was over, though we did not get to cover over many places for photos which was a shame and the reason i was there. I could not hear anything the pilot said ( it was windy but you would think they would try to overcome that at least in part).
It was what it said it was a tour over the island but the company customer service left a lot to be desired. If i had ever treated a customer in this fashion (when i was at fault ) throughout my career i would have not had the job for long.

Front Middle Seat - Our pilot was AWESOME!! Unfortunately I got stuck in the front middle seat between the pilot and another passenger. It was hard to capture the beautiful sights being strapped in a 5 point harness seat belt and having all the helicopter gages front and center of your view. Hard to capture Video and photos when you have people on each side of you blocking your view. Not worth the $$$$ for the limited view, HAD I KNOWN. If you get. the middle seat upfront don't even bother renting the $5.00 plastic phone case strap. Doubt your phone will fall out on that seating chart. Anyway I'm sure the passengers that got the open door seats were amazed by the views.
