Important Notes & Policies:

• The sail operates rain or shine, and guests should expect to get wet even under normal sailing conditions.

• Although the experience is open to all ages, the atmosphere may be bar-oriented and party-like. Parents are encouraged to consider this when booking for children. Every guest, regardless of age, must have their own ticket (no lap infants allowed).

• Guests must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure, with no exceptions. Late check-ins may result in losing the reservation or missing the departure, with no options for rebooking or refunds.
