Kayak on a sunny day! - Staff at checkin is very nice, friendly & organized and beach staff is so helpful in getting us started in kayak. Beautiful day!

Awesome day trip! - Super nice and helpful staff. Great place to kayak and snorkel off Lanikai Beach. Ride from Waikiki was on time and the driver Tommy was great.

One-Stop Shop for an Active Day Exploring Kailua, Oahu - This was an awesome day to explore and spend the day in Kailua. The staff were extremely helpful and made for a very pleasant experience. The Kayaking was a lot of fun and it was really cool to explore Flat Island. It was easy to use bikes to continue exploring and they provided everything we could possibly need for a fun and relaxing beach day. This included lunch, a cooler and snorkeling gear. We highly recommend Kailua Beach Adventures to provide all the gear needed for adventure in Kailua.

Great adventure to the Mokes! - The self guided tour was fantastic, but we are well seasoned at kayaking. The water was calm pretty calm. The Lanikai Beach swim was a great break spot before heading to the Mokes. See the monk seals was awesome and Bob's pizza was excellent after a half day swimming and Kayaking.

Convenient location. Great customer service. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! - Great customer service. We rented kayaks a week in advance but one of the members of our party had to cancel so they reimbursed us for 1 kayak…day of, therefore, we didn’t have to eat the price of the unused kayak, great customer service. We were able to park in their lot so we didn’t need to fight for parking on the beach. They also had little kayak pull carts with wheels so we didn’t have to carry them. Highly recommend

10/10 kayaking experience - Had an absolute blast kayaking around Kailua Bay. Swam alongside some turtles and saw lots of fish! Went out to the bird sanctuary and then went over to Moko Nui. The waves at Moko Nui are no joke! Be careful and take your time getting to shore, I went in with a little too much confidence and totally wiped out and lost my shorts! 😬 But I also am a very beginner kayaker so if you’re more experienced I’m sure it’ll be easy for you!
Snorkeling in the area was kinda meh but still worth bringing or borrowing some gear for. Would recommend nearby Lainikai Beach for the real snorkeling experience.

Worth the money - Avery was super helpful in explaining everything that was included in our self guided tour and making sure we understood which direction to paddle. She also assisted us in and out of the water to make sure we got on the kayak safely. I highly recommend doing the self guided tour and going when they open to get the most of your money. You get the rentals all day and everything is included, including lunch.

Excellent Service, Amazing Tours - We’ve told everyone we can about Kailua Beach Adventures and how amazing their service was. The shop crew was helpful in getting us set up with the proper gear for the self-guided kayaking tour and made sure we had good directions for getting to the beach. They also had crew at the beach and on Moko Nui to help launch your kayak and return your kayak safely. The price for an all-day water adventure (plus lunch) can’t be beat. We also want to thank the team extra for their service - my husband lost his wedding ring in the kayak and didn’t realize it until late that night. He called the next day to ask if my had been found, but it hadn’t. We went about our trip, assuming it was at the bottom of the Pacific and we’d just need to replace it. But a few days later, we got a call saying they found a men’s wedding band and after describing, they confirmed it was my husband’s. They took the time to look our number back up and make contact when the ring was found 48 hours later lying in the parking lot. We appreciate the professionalism and aloha from the team so much! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re on-island.
