- The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.
- You should wear comfortable clothing.
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
- Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
- Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
- Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
- You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

The most convenient free parking is our parking lot located off of ward avenue. You will see a large mural and any of the 1-hour parking stalls are available.(staying over the hour is just fine) Also, there is a smaller parking lot located on the other side of the building off of halekauwila street

Heaven on earth - I booked for a few hours after I arrived with jet lag in mind and I do not regret. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The massage was like heaven, I felt so exhilarating. Highly recommend

Not a Great Experience, all other bookings worked out the way they described. - Well not sure what to say here except that when booking this, Viator did not mention where you need to contact the place directly to book, all the booking said was 9-7, when we arrived at the place, they were closed and when we did finally get in touch with someone at the place, they did not have any time available. So will see how customer service handles this situation on a refund.
