Great service - Love this App.. and the Drivers that were assigned. The drivers reached out to confirm our times and also the day of travel. He was so helpful with the bags and very informative.

Memorable Experience - It was a great experience with J and David. David greeted us at our arrival into Hawaii with leis and was very friendly and professional. We were picked up by J to bring us to our hotel and he was very helpful with all my mother’s medical equipment and luggage. It was a memorable experience for us.

Perfect service - Great service! Jay was our driver. Jay communicated the day before regarding pickup. Instructions for pickup were the best I’ve ever received. Friendly and communicative.

Great!! - Our plane was delayed by HOURS, but they were still there on time for our new arrival time to pick us up. Thankfully they actually keep up with it, because I wasn’t able to get in touch with them due to my phone having issues. They sent a message the night before with the pick-up location and it was easily found. Friendly and welcoming and the vehicle was nice and clean. Great ride to our hotel and glad I booked with the same company for our ride home.

Best value of our trip - This was the best value so far on our trip. Leis were beautiful. Driver was so friendly. I would highly recommend doing this.

Easy transfer - Easy ! Much better than getting an uber. We need a ride early in the morning sometime it is very hard to get an uber . Driver on time and car is new . Will do it again when I come back Hawaii

Worse than useless. - Purchased a pick up at the airport with lai’s for a part of 10, no communication the day before, We arrived a little early, and tried to make contact via the website to say we were there, but calls were being dropped and international calls were saying the number was not available, little things like the name of 365 tour and 366 tour on WhatsApp and a poorly designed website and the lack of contact 24 hours before were very worrying, also when asking other drivers waiting for pick ups, they told us they hadn’t heard from them, and asked if it was a legit company, as I said we were already thinking it wasn’t. We were due to be picked up at 13:30, and had been trying to make contact since 13:00. One of the drivers at the airport had offered to get us to the hotel, and after another 15 minutes wait of not hearing anything at 13:45 with small children and elderly family members we decided to take up the other drivers offer. After we got loaded and into the vehicle, the tour company then made contact and said they were delayed and still 15 minutes out (anyone who has been to Hawaii knows what this can mean). The chap on the phone apologised and assured us we would be refunded. Case closed we were happy, after a long journey we would be at our hotel in 15 minutes and the money will be refunded. We also had a return booked, and contacted them 20 hours before, as we hadn’t heard anything again; and reminded them about the refund. The driver on the return journey didn’t say much, and there was a miscommunication, but we got to where we were going. After returning to the UK, and no luck with the refund we contacted the bank, and asked them to reverse the charge as the service had not been supplied. They wanted so much proof from us, and the system was down when we called them they told us the company disputed it, and provided a receipt for what we had ordered. Apparently this was enough proof for the company to claim they had provided the service.
