Great Experience - Our trip was a great experience. The weather was off and on rain showers but luckily this boat had an indoor area to help keep us dry. Once the rain went away, the outside part of the boat was great for pictures and to take in the atmosphere off the coast of the island. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. We were really happy with our experience and would recommend this boat to others.

Wonderful Relaxing Experience - We had a great time on this cruise - it said BYOB, so we brought wine, but they also had free mai tais and snacks as well. The crew was very entertaining, and they played a good mix of music for all ages. The boat was very nice with lots of seating for everyone. I would happily book this again (and bring a cheese board to snack on next time)!

As of 9/8/25 Nice clean... - As of 9/8/25 Nice clean boat! Great crew very friendly! Post card sunset view of Waikiki! Free Mia Tias!(Not top shelf, but not bad at all)Free snacks and soft beverages! Would recommend to anyone visiting Waikiki. Half the cost of other cruises! According to deck hand grilled food soon to be added.

Confusion - Very confusing information given regarding excursion, fuel charge, snorkeling tour, where the pier was vs where the check-in area was, and the people who checked us in seemed to be snappy and somewhat inconsiderate. However the staff on ship was pleasant and very helpful, if it wasn’t for them, this cruise would have been a complete failure.

Nice Cruise - Nice cruise. Sunset was beautiful as were fireworks. No alcohol so bring your own if you need. Staff did a great job. Water was a bit choppy if you’re sensitive to those type of issues. With a full boat, volume could overwhelm those sensitive to loud environments.

Ships rock. - This is a two-story ship. I didn't expect it to shake this much compared to a big ship! Mai tai was delicious and all-you-can-drink, but one drink was all I could do. It felt like two hours was a long time. But it was a good memory because I wanted to ride it once. I had good memories on the last day.

Fine print Fees - Captain Jack and the crew were outstanding as was the actual 2-hour trip. What I didn’t like was the fact that when we checked in, I still had to pay $7 per person fuel charge!!! There were about 100 people on this cruise and they used $700 worth of fuel?!!! Really?!!!
I will never use Trip Advisor ever again because of the fine print tactic they used on me. Apparently this happens so often that the company has a printed document of the online agreement you sign on their window when you show up and they show where the fine print statement of agreement is so that you cannot contest it. Not cool.
Okay, they got me this time, but hell no, they’re never get me again. Buyer be aware of the fine print with trip advisor.

Sailed without us - The information that I received stated to get there 39 minutes early with the boat leaving at 5:30 pm. My party arrived at 4:45 pm and was told we were too late and could not get on the boat. They stated that they sent a text message that I was not aware of. I got the message at 3:46 pm and it said to be there by 4:11 pm. It would have been next to impossible for my party of 7 to be able to make that deadline. The lack of empathy for our situation also made things more difficult. We were offered the chance to reschedule for the next but have we already have plans. A refund could not be made at the site but I later received an email from Viator that a full refund will be issued in 3-5 days.
