Great Experience - Excellent tour. Mike provided everyone with a great experience. The Koko Head stairs were very challenging. Mike was very careful to make sure everyone was safe but made it an adventure for everyone

Perfect for solo traveler - Loved this tour so much! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the local and tourist spots. The hike a bit difficult (for a non avid hiker) but CJ pushed us to keep going — thankful for that because the view was well worth it!

More than what you expect - At first, I hesitated several times to book this trip. But I gave myself a go because I wanted to say 'well done'.
When I did it, it was less difficult than I expected (though it might not have seemed like it), and the reward was even greater. I was really grateful that our guide, CJ led us so well, and when we were struggling, he gave us praise and courage in his calm voice.
The sightseeing that followed like a bonus after hiking and the relaxation on the beach were very precious.
It is a small group tour, you get to meet and talk to great ppl from all around the world. Thank you everyone. I highly recommend you take this tour. Worth it!

Amazing views, be ready to get your steps up up! - What an amazing tour, CJ was a fantastic host, used some great ice breakers to loosen everyone up which made the day thoroughly enjoyable. The food recommended was delicious- I won’t say what it was here because spoilers. I slept well that night! Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No-show, no-talk,. no-feedback: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - DO NOT BOOK THIS "experience" AT ALL COSTS! I booked the Full-Day Guided Adventure in Koko Head Stairs and Southeast O‘ahu through Viator, operated by Aloha Paradise Tours, and it was a complete disaster. I have already asked for a FULL REFUND. Read below:
I arrived 38 minutes early (8:22 AM) at the exact pickup location listed on the ticket. The tour was scheduled to start at 9:00 AM — yet no one ever showed up. I waited patiently until 9h25 AM, repeatedly tried to contact the operator via phone, chat, and email — no response whatsoever.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional. The operator simply vanished, leaving me stranded with no updates, no courtesy call, nothing. It’s outrageous that Viator continues to list such unreliable partners.
I’m giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option. Travelers deserve better than this kind of negligence and radio silence. Avoid Aloha Paradise Tours at all costs — it’s a complete waste of time and money.
I ended up spending 60 USD on Uber and did the experience on my own. The Viator tour is HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. Avoid these guys like the plague!

Disappointed - We were never picked up. No one answered the phone or responded to texts until it was too late for them to come get us. We were told they picked up everyone and we were not on the roster. I had to send a screen shot of my ticket as proof.

Unprofessional - This tour or company is very UNPROFESSIONAL! I showed up to the meeting place half an hour early, then checked again 5
Minutes before the time and no one was there!!!! They didn’t have the respect to call you or message you that it’s not happening or whatsoever! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!
