Great Location, Authentic Experience - This was a great experience for my family. The location of this event in sea life park is an authentic Hawaiian location at the base of a large mountain, with cystal clear waters surrounding and 2 small islands within view. My 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old, were mesmerized by the show. The cultural stations before the show began were mostly good as well. The head band and Lei making station were the most popular and our favorite. The host and the main character of the show kept everyone engaged and laughing throughout. The food was all fresh and delicious. Every person also had drink tickets included with their main ticket to the event.

An Amazing Polynesian Cultural Experience. - I want to first off give high praise to EVERYONE involved in this show. Director, food prep staff, musicians, dancers. Everything was done to make this entertaining and enjoyable for everyone from the ages of 3 to 103. To get you ready for the show the performers are on hand to go through interactive cultural demonstrations for anyone interested in learning some quick crafts, skills, games, dancing, ukulele and a few other fun activities. Try as many or as few as you'd like. These are designed to keep the spectators busy and engaged while the buffet is prepared. Musicians are constantly playing themed music for your enjoyment and an emcee welcomes everyone with a little history, light humor and audience participation. (if you're willing) Once the buffet opens you are invited to try some traditional favorites. I had teriyaki chicken and khalua pork, Ube (sweet potato) and sticky rice. Poi samples are available to try. If its your first time trying it I recommend mixing it with something else like the pork to make it a tad more palatable. Once everyone has been through the buffet line the show will start. Multiple routines, songs, music, costumes and a full gamut of cultural styles will be on display with a great balance of male and female performers. With the sun already set and the stars dotting the sky you will get the full effect of the fire dancers as the show comes to an amazing end. My fat ass enjoyed every minute and felt a bit bad for the staff that would have to clean up the entertainment/dining space once all of us customers filed to the parking lot. Here is where I will complain. Don't get me wrong the show was amazing and worth every penny (Silver or Bronze will get you just as good a show as Gold. Gold seemed great for bigger groups of people and spectators that want to be in the action on stage)...back to the complaint. This show takes part on the grounds of Sea Life Park and these sweet weasles charge you a fee to park. That irritated me. If Aloha Kia had charged me upfront for tickets and parking or even made it all inclusive at $100 per person instead of $85 for example I wouldn't have batted an eye. If you book this experience AND I THINK YOU SHOULD!!! Just be prepared. I was not...or maybe I didn't read the fine print.

Worth it. 🤙🏼 - The food was delicious. The entertainment was amazing! The atmosphere with the mountains behind us and the ocean in front of us made the evening so much more special. I want to thank all the performers and people who put on the show. We really enjoyed our time with you

Beautiful - Everything was beautiful! The only change I would suggest is for the entry before the show when people are standing around to maybe have them do the cultural things started then and continue. Others than that awesome!

Unforgettable experience - Was by far the best thing we have done on our trip so far! The entire family was engaged and submersed in this interactive experience! We did a couple of luau’s on our trip and this one took the crown! I don’t think I smiled this much in years! We’ve told anyone that will listen how fun this experience was. Great job to your crew!!

Food not good - We loved the show. All the dancers were outstanding. BUT the food was not good. The pork was very salty, the fish was very dry, but the pineapple upside down cake was good!

A decent show ruined by a less than average meal. - We really enjoyed the show itself, very entertaining. Particularly the MC and the fire dancers. The setting was nice with a view of the sea and mountains. The meal however was less to desire. The kalua pork was so salty it was inedible. The Lomi Lomi Salmon was more akin to a tomato salad, I’m not sure I found a piece of salmon at all. And the fish was so dry it may have been cooked in the ovens of Mordor. The noodles were the best part and they were only okay. Seriously the food was disappointing. Ruined what would have been a good experience.
