AWESOME EXPERIENCE! - The attractions on the boat were so much fun and it was a great time! Brandon, Peter, D and Ryan were the staff on boat and they were all super cool! Snacks and drinks were a bonus! Super recommend

Fun family experience - We had a fun time with Dj, Ryan, Maddie sorry forgot the other 2 bosses 🥰 We did the wall climbing, jumping off the boat, experienced the blob, mother & son jousting each other 🤣🤣 and swimming with the kids! It was non stop fun with friends and the Ohana! Definitely will go again. Thank you so much 🩷

100% Recommend!! - The Waikiki Water Park tour was SOOO much fun! We all had a blast on the slide, rock climbing wall, and the giant SUP's where we could play joust with each other. They provided lunch for us so we didn't have to worry about eating before or after. I'd definitely recommend this!

Waikiki Water Park is a Must Do Adventure in Waikiki! - Our family and our kid's friends attended the Waikiki Water Park Adventure tour in August 2023 and it was incredible. The Pink boat along with all the Pink and white toys were just a stunning sight to see against the beautiful Diamond Head backdrop. We had so much fun on the water slide and rock-climbing wall and our adventurous kids had a blast on the Leap of Faith jump as well as the blob - where a person jumps on one end and launches the person on the other end. The day we went was picture-perfect with crystal clear waters and endless blue skies - so we got to bask in the sun, take some amazing photos, and enjoy an afternoon of water activities. They provided lunch and drinks as well which was great because we really worked up an appetite at the Water Park. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

So much FUN!! - We were in Hawaii for a family reunion and signed up for this cruise as a fun activity for the kids. But it turns out the adults had just as much fun (maybe even more!). Water slides, rock climbing walls, stand up paddle boards, the crystal clear Pacific Ocean and views of Waikiki beach. It was simply amazing! And memories we will cherish for a lifetime. If you’re looking for fun times I would highly recommend this tour!

Seen lots of safety hazards and poor customer service - First, their phone line barely anybody answered each time I called. They do return your phone call a few hours later. The person who was helping us seemed like he had no clue what was included in the boat adventure I had booked. He incorrectly charges my card and doesn't know how to refund me the additional charges (this was right after I had confirmed with him the amount he was going to charge). He said he could compensate but he wasn't sure how. Online it said to arrive 45 min early and be "considerate" of everyone's time. Yet when we arrived there early and on time, they weren't even ready themselves. Although they were an hour late departing, they did compensate and returned at a later time. They provided hot dogs, chips, and salsa (that was more than 3/4 empty to begin with), as well as fountain drinks. At first, they said that alcoholic beverages are strictly NOT allowed on the boat for safety reasons. Then as soon as the tour was over, they started busting out and selling alcohol! Last but not least, on our way back, one of their inflatables was not strapped down properly and was super close to landing on top of me!! There were other things too that I've noticed but these were my main issues that I feel should be addressed.

Left us waiting... - I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was infuriating. We booked the water park adventure for July 2nd at 1 PM and planned our entire day around it. My 11-year-old and I walked to the meeting spot, a 15-minute trek in the sweltering heat, only to find no one there. I called to check, only to be told the trip was canceled. No one bothered to notify me. This is unacceptable! We were told , that the time slot shouldn't have been available. Pretty much told us "oh well? Better luck next time..

Wouldn’t book! - They canceled my trip day before after I booked months ago!! That was such an inconvenience I wouldn’t book unless you know for sure you have a back up plan!
