Begin with a safety briefing and a brief lesson on the beach, where you’ll learn the basics of surfing and ocean safety. Then, venture into the water to practice moving on your board and mastering turning techniques to catch those white water waves.

Return to the shore for some hydration and to practice pop-ups, before heading back into the water for the second part of the lesson… Standing up on a wave!
