- Lepa Vida winery - You will meet one of the owners (Irena or Matija) who will run the winetasting for you. You will learn about the Vipava valley, its specifics in geography, history and of course wine and gastronomy. During the wine tasting you will taste 5+ (usually 7) different wines, all produced by the Lepa Vida winery (Matija takes care of winemaking).
The wines are joined by a selection of homemade seasonal snacks (everything prepared by Irena), homemade salami and/or similar dried meat products, bread and water. Enough to make sure you don’t get hungry during the winetasting. If you have any dietary restrictions, don’t forget to mention them when booking!
Make sure to take your time and don’t be in a hurry!

Stellar wines, lovely snacks, served with love in a beautiful location; Don't miss this gem. - My husband and I had a delightful time wine tasting with Irena! She is the most gracious, knowledgeable, down to earth, and genuine hostess. The wines were fabulous, the boutique winery's story is interesting, and the pairing of snacks were simply perfect. We'd highly recommend this experience for wine novices to the more advanced wine connoisseur. Thank you for the beautiful memories!

Great experience! - We found this winery accidentally in google and from the website it looked beautiful! Once on site our expectations went well beyond. Magnificent tasting with cutting board of delicacies. Great wines, great hospitality and kindness from Irena. Fantastic! Highly recommended, to do for true wine lovers. Thanks Irena also for sharing some great family stories

Congratulations Irena. - I booked a day before to be able to taste wines and dishes with local products prepared by Irena the hostess polyglot and very well organized to welcome and serve us and some other people Saturday evening at 18.00 as agreed. Gentle and prepared, she told us a bit about the story of her father who always cultivated his vineyard and produced wine in the best way even in times that are more difficult. After the tastings we took a few cartons with the wine that we liked best.

Best wine taste in our life!! - Lepa Vida is a gem in the heart of the Vipava Valley! It was just myself and my wife at the wine tasting, and Irene, one of the owners, made the experience unforgettable. She was incredibly welcoming, offering detailed explanations and patiently answering all our questions.
The selection of wines and snacks was fantastic, and we were treated to 8 tastings. Each wine was excellent, but the orange wine, "Out of Office," stood out for both its unique flavor and clever name—it was truly exceptional!
We left with 12 bottles and already can’t wait to replenish our stock. This will definitely be a must-visit stop whenever we’re in the area again. Highly recommended for wine lovers looking for a personal and enriching experience! 🍷✨

Perfect experience - The views are amazing, the vine is good, the snacks great and Irena an amazing teller of the history behind the winery.
I definitely recommend you to go, and even better, if you are traveling in a camper they have a great stellplats.

Wholeheartedly recommend this experience! - We had a great time at Lepa Vida. I can wholeheartedly recommend the wine tasting. The service is friendly and warm and very professional. The bites are genereus and delicious. In the end it’s the wines that really steal the show.

Beautiful experience - A very pleasant wine tasting experience. Very pleasant ambience and cosy atmosphere. With exceptional feeling, Irena took us through the beautiful Vipava valley and, accompanied by selected wines, told us a story about the region itself as well as about her and her family. We liked the personal touch that only someone who really lives their story can add.

Intimate Winery Experience! - It was an intimate wine tasting with carefully prepared tastes and lovely wine! The hostess/owner, Irena, spent time describing her family's history with the winery and guided us through the wines. We loved every minute of it and took a number of bottles home to share with family! I highly recommend a stop here- it lasted 1.5-2 hours and was a wonderful way to try delicious Slovenian wines!

Warm hostess.
Excellent setting, cozy modern space' with air conditioning, squat.
We brought bottles of 8 of 9 wines for a tasting at home, that says enough!
