City tour was great!! - I liked the tour, especially being a solo female traveler. It was a safe way to see the main sights of Brasilia. I recommend it to anyone to see the highlights of this beautiful modern city.

It was good value for USD$30 but maybe not for USD$60 - I booked through Viator and VIP service club for USD$60. My colleagues got a recommendation through hotel concierge for USD$30. We were on the same tour. I was told on Viator to meet bus at another hotel. They came 25 min late and we walked together back to my hotel, where bus was parked. Turns out they picked up people at six hotels so ended up with fairly full bus of strangers. The bus was warm. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable re his script and naming other buildings but didn't always understand questions asked in English. Visited major sites in Brasilia. It was definitely good value for USD$30 but maybe not for USD$60.

Tour never happened - It never happened. The guide tour never got in touch with me, zero communication. He never showed up. I waited for a long time and tried to reach out via this platform and the company and never got contact. Awful! I want my money back.

No show - Can't recommend. They didn't show up at the meeting point and we haven't heard from them yet. No communication, no apology, no refund.

Tour company was a no show - The tour never showed up at the departure point. Unable to get ahold of anybody from the tour. The only time I heard from the tour was a text message couple days ago asking what hotel I was staying at. When I tried to go back through the text, the whole thread disappeared. Very interesting. I reported it yo my credit card company.

Noshow - The VIP service Club did not came to agreed pick-up spot. They did not reply on phone or email. Not good at all and disappointing

Disaster - I was 15 mins early for the scheduled tour, which I had booked earlier that morning, and after confirming with the hotel reception that I was at the correct address, I waited outside for the tour. I kept waiting until it was past the time for the tour to leave at which point I tried calling the provided number in the reservation, it would not connect so the receptionist at the hotel also tried and got a number not in service message. After waiting further, I live chatted with the viator customer service agent, who was also not able to get through. After waiting a full hour from the time I arrived, I requested a refund. This is still pending. Overall this was disappointing and cost me not only an hour of sightseeing time, but also money, some of which I will hopefully get back, however the taxi fees to the pickup point are lost.
