Kasane International Airport - Upon arrival at Kasane International Airport, a Marvelous Mobile Safari guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Look for a sign that says “MARVELOUS MOBILE SAFARI.” You will be transferred from Kasane to Victoria Falls for activities at the Falls. You will spend one night at a hotel or lodge of your choice on a bed and breakfast basis, at your own expense. Lunch and dinner will also be at your own expense.

Kasane - Start your day early with a delightful trip to the renowned Chobe National Park. After a rest, embark on an afternoon game drive along the Chobe River, where you can observe large herds of buffalo, elephants, pods of hippos, and prides of lions. Chobe is unique because, during the dry season, large groups of animals gather along the river. Witness elephants swimming across the river and buffalos crossing to Sedudu Island. After a wonderful game drive, freshen up and enjoy dinner. Bedtime is flexible, depending on the last guest.

Okavango Delta - Arrive in Maun, the tourism hub of Botswana, located on the southern edge of the Okavango Delta. Spend one night here and stock up on essentials before heading to the next destination.

Okavango Delta

Okavango Delta - After a quick morning shower and breakfast, depart for the Mighty Okavango Delta. Upon arrival, transfer to the mokoro station by a 4WD open-sided safari vehicle (approximately one hour) to meet your guide and Poler. Glide along the numerous water channels in a mokoro (dugout canoe) to observe wildlife and bird species inhabiting the Delta. As there are no facilities, camping will be on an island chosen by your guide. Upon arrival, enjoy a game walk with fantastic sightings and birdsong, followed by lunch. After lunch, relax in camp to avoid the midday heat. Accommodation will be in a 2.4m x 2.4m dome tent with a comfortable bedroll and linen. Await the sunset for the stunning color changes that delight visitors. At dusk, your guide will light a fire for meals prepared by a chef. Please bring a hat and sunscreen as there is no shade. Bedtime is flexible, depending on the last guest.

Okavango Delta

Okavango Delta - For those interested, an early morning game walk is available, returning to camp for breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy the mekoros again to explore the channels, the intricate waterways connecting the lagoons, or take a guided bush walk before lunch or snacks. In the afternoon, guides will take you in the mekoros to a safe spot for swimming in the Okavango Delta waters, followed by a chance to learn how to pole a mokoro using the gnashi. Relax and enjoy a drink. After the bush walk, unwind in camp, refresh, and have dinner under the Milky Way’s starlit skies. Guides and polers will share cultural stories and entertain with traditional dances showcasing animal tracking techniques and traditional medicinal gathering methods. Astronomy enthusiasts will enjoy one of the most expansive star displays on earth before retiring to cozy tents for the night, lulled by the sounds of the wild. Bedtime is flexible, depending on the last guest.

Moremi Game Reserve

Moremi Game Reserve - Enjoy breakfast before departing for Moremi Game Reserve, considered one of Africa’s finest wildlife reserves. It features diverse habitats, including acacia forests, mopane woodlands, floodplains, and lagoons. Camp at an exclusive site, with drives to the park’s most beautiful areas like Third Bridge, Bodumatau, and Dead Tree Island. Wildlife is abundant, with sightings of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, lions, hyenas, jackals, and various antelopes, including red lechwe and the elusive sitatunga, a web-footed antelope adapted to swamp life. Wild dogs, whose numbers are dwindling elsewhere, are regularly seen in Moremi Game Reserve. Camp for two nights.

Moremi Game Reserve - Start the day with a light breakfast, followed by a morning game drive. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game viewing and return to the campsite before sunset. Guests can refresh, have dinner, and spend the night in 2.4m x 2.4m dome tents.

Moremi Khwai

Khwai Concession - After a warm shower and breakfast, embark on a short game drive for about 3+ hours, then return to camp and depart for Khwai at North Gate. Witness incredible wildlife on the drive to Khwai. Upon arrival at Khwai campsite, have lunch and a siesta. Afterward, enjoy high tea and resume the afternoon game drive. Return from the activity, shower, and dinner will be served. Bedtime is flexible, depending on the last guest.

Khwai is located in the eastern part of the Okavango Delta, bordering Chobe National Park’s southwestern section. Khwai hosts a large population of impala, and tsessebe are found in the area. During the dry season, large herds of buffalo, wildebeest, elephants, and zebras migrate from the Kalahari in search of food and water. Birds in the reserve include Sacred Ibis and Crested Crane.

Mababe Concession

Khwai Concession - Begin the day with a quick shower and breakfast. Depart from Khwai to Mababe. Mababe village is situated on the Khwai River banks, approximately 125km northeast of Maun, the Safari Capital. The village is 50 kilometers from Moremi/Khwai village, 10 kilometers to Mababe Gate, and 60 kilometers from Savute in Chobe National Park. Upon arrival in Mababe, enjoy an early game viewing drive. Return to camp in the afternoon for lunch. After lunch, take a guided bush walk, followed by an evening game viewing drive. Return to camp in the evening for dinner. Bedtime is flexible, depending on the last guest.

Khwai Concession - Start the morning with a quick shower and breakfast. Enjoy a morning game viewing drive and photo opportunities. Return to the campsite for lunch and a siesta, allowing a few hours of rest. Explore cultural activities in the village, including traditional dance and songs, at an additional cost. Return to camp after sunset, and dinner will be served around the fire.
