Great day with brilliant guide Junaidi - We had a fantastic time. We booked the half-day snorkelling tour originally departing 1pm from Gili T as we needed time in the morning to get to Gili T from Senggigi. After enquiring about recommendations for ferry to Gili T from Bangsal, Bale Laut offered to arrange pickup from our hotel and departure to the islands from Mentigi instead for a very modest extra fee. This meant that we could start much earlier which is good because the wind picks up in the afternoon. Our guide for the day Junaidi was in the car to meet us at the hotel and gave us some fantastic history and information on Lombok and the Sasak people on the drive. He was brilliant and we can whole heartedly recommend him as a guide. Gave us a great insight into the culture of the Sasak people and some of the differences with the majority muslim population. Three snorkeling stops at Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili T, a stop to visit the turtle sanctuary on Gili Meno and finally lunch at Gili T. We saw the statues and got to swim and feed an adult sea turtle. The boat we sailed on was a traditional wooden dinghy with outboard motor. Basic but adequate and comfortable. Lads managing the boat were competent and very friendly. Excellent driver as well between the hotel and harbour. Can very much recommend Bale Laut and Junaidi. Things are tough at the moment in the tourist industry here on Lombok - very quiet during wet season and Ramadan. Give them your support if you can.

Amazing,Lovely tour! - "It was an amazing and lovely tour! I traveled to Lombok in a group of three women and a baby, and we had a perfectly customized two-day private trip. Our guide and driver, Ilham, was very communicative, helpful, and easy to find. Snorkeling in Gili Trawangan was the highlight—the water was crystal clear, the reefs were vibrant, and there were so many fish! Seeing the turtles and the underwater statues was such a fun experience. Lunch was also excellent. I highly recommend this tour, and be sure to ask for Ilham as your guide!"

Best Snorkeling Ever! - We visited in December during a cruise stop in Lombok. Our guide (Junaidi) and driver met us at the port; they were awesome and knowledgeable hosts. After a 1:5 hour drive, we boarded a glass bottom boat and visited 3 of the Gili’s. Snorkeling at Gili Meno was the best ever. We have snorkeled in some of the best spots in the world (Belize, Maldives, Caribbean) and this was by far the best we have ever done. The water was clear, reef was colorful and healthy and there were so many fish. It was fun to see turtles and the underwater statues. Lunch at Gili Trawangan was excellent. I highly recommend this tour. Be sure to ask for Junaidi as your guide.

Best Gili Islands Experience - Extraordinary experience .The team was really nice and we loved this private snorkelling experience. We liked taking our time to enjoy good things. The spots were superb and the attendant really kind and adorable about always wanting to take beautiful photos to capture the beautiful memories.We recommend them with all our heart!! Breathtaking, memorable Gili snorkeling adventure! - The whole experience was well planned, exciting, personalized and worth it! YANA and DWI showed incredible hospitality and exceptional service! They brought a lot of fun to the experience! Our guide in the water took very good care of us and we were very happy we added the GoPro. He captured some amazing moments with the fish, turtles and statue!

Snorkering between Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno - Beautiful experience on a private boat. There were two of us, me and a friend of mine, we snorkeled, we asked to take us to uncrowded spots and they indulged us. Ready to accommodate all our requests. Meal included delicious. With a gopro they took the photographs that they then sent us with a flash drive. Advice!

Gili Islands - We had an unforgettable time, the sites are beautiful and we were accompanied by Dwi and Anes who are very competent guides and very kind. We are delighted to have spent this time with them.
