Great experience with Northern Light and excellent foods and a perfect Guide - We joined the 4 days trip all inclusive from 26 Our guide was Sara who was excellent with great service. She did her best to chase the aurora borealis with us. She is a very attentive guide showing her passion of her work. She is a photographer - which is great to teach us how to use the camera 📸 to capture the best moment of the day time hking as well as the Northern Light The food in this restaurant was excellent especially for the dinner menu. The buffet lunch was ok but changed everyday The ice hotel was great, it's more an art thematic with a story behind each room. Very nice and surprise place. The morning hiking in the Absiko national park was very nice, it's not that cold when you are well dressed with merinos Our dogsled trip was cancelled due to not sufficient snow. But Sara and the company arranged a short visit to the dogs sledging place to allow us to see the puppies - highly appreciate the arrangement The only thing to improve is the hotel room which is very basic style like a 3 stars category, especially the bathroom. I expected a better room given the price of the trip. In general, I highly recommend to have the guide with you to chase the Northern Light, some tourist went the same dates but they did not see the northern lights with a guide. #feedtheguide ;)

Unique one-of-a-kind experience - We weren't sure if we wanted to take a full day and spend the money to see the ice hotel, but I'm so glad we did. I'm also glad we had Joey as our transportation coordinator and Modestas as our driver. A polar storm was moving through the area the day we went. Snowfall was heavy, wind was ferocious, and the roads looked dangerous to me, but Modestas kept us safe every step of the way. The ice hotel itself is really a marvel. There are 32 ice rooms (each with a different theme), an ice movie room, an ice porch, and more. The artistry is really something. The trip from Abisko takes about 90 minutes and you have about 3 hours on your own at the ice hotel before you head back to Abisko. There is a small cafe and warm drinks in the lobby, and of course an expensive ice bar in the ice hotel. If you haven't seen an ice hotel before and you have a day to spare I recommend this experience. I will remember it fondly for a long time.

A work of art made of ice - We were picked up at the STF Tourist Station in Abisko by bus. Joey accompanied the transfer to the Icehotel and explained to the guests on the way what can be seen from the bus. Nature was so beautiful that Joey even created small video clips with guests' smartphones. In the ice hotel you can admire real art. Artists from all over the world decorate the hotel rooms, which are made entirely of ice. In each of the rooms you could admire ice art. It is a beautiful and unique place. It is a great achievement to rebuild the hotel year after year. Because it defrosts in summer. The hotel remains unique due to the annual reconstruction. I found the trip absolutely worth seeing. Thanks Joey for the great day! Keep going.
