Ride the waves - We had a great time on the tube ride. The check in process was smooth, and everyone was friendly. We really enjoyed bouncing up and down on the waves.

The staff was responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to address any queries or concerns promptly. It was evident that ensuring customer satisfaction was a top priority for the company.

So much fun! - The most friendly and accommodating crew! Within an hour of my reservation I message them to change the time to later that day and they immediately responded without a problem confirming my new time! We have 2 young daughters and they absolutely loved the tubing and controlled the speed with the driver the entire time using hand signals! The driver took a great photos and a video of us as well. I highly recommend Delphi.

Tube Ride Along Palm Beach - Our family stayed at the Hyatt and my daughter had been asking to go on the inflatables all week. We went once as a family of four and then she and my husband went again as two. Both David and Gino were great. David went just the right speed for our child that needed to be convinced and Gino let us ride while my daughter snd husband went a second time (at much crazier speeds). The price was reasonable for the 15 minute rides.

Lots of fun - We did the 15 minute tube ride and it was a blast! There was 3 of us. The guys that were pulling us were super nice too, they took pictures and videos of us using our phone.

Everything was amazing, I... - Everything was amazing, I like how they go based on your speed level, and really pay attention to your needs. Everyone was so sweet and kind. GO FOR IT, it’s worth it :)

AMAZINGGGG! Delphi Watersports never disappoints - Everyone is so nice! The boat drivers are so good and give us so many good rides. We also went jet skiing and it was absolutely amazing. The views are always incredible and Delphi Water Sports is definitely my favorite company in Aruba. I would go tubing twice a day with my friends and family and it was great!!

Fun! - Easy check-in. Had different inflatables for different size groups. Great boat driver who kept the right speed for maximum fun.

Neck hurts - Very hard on the neck. We asked to stop early. They stopped for us. Nice people, let us switch jet ski to parasail.

Worst excursion ever! - The people at the hut that was operating the pull tube ride were very rude, they primarily spoke in Spanish, and we had no idea what they were talking about, and they wanted to sit the couples separated, due to what they called weight recommendations. Once we convinced them I wanted to sit with my wife, in my opinion, they pulled us out into rough choppy water intentionally for a horrible uncomfortable rough ride. I had to yell to the boat driver and signal we wanted to go back to the shore. Even after the hell ride was over, they didn’t ask how the ride was, they didn’t say thank you for coming. have a nice day or anything. This was an overall horrible experience with even worse customer service. I recommend use Vitor for your excursion planners, but please but do not use Delphi for the tube ride unless you want a bad day on the water ending with your neck and back hurting several days afterwards.
