The best experience in Aruba, hands down!!! - This was on my bucket list for a very long time. We were signing up for what we thought was just an ATV trail with a guide, however, this ended up being UTVs and man was it FUN!!!!!!! We had Michael and Sergio as our guides taking us through some rough terrain and off-road into dirt, mud, dust...That's not a complaint, that's a flex. These guys were not only the most friendliest but were also very awesome. Both of them had great knowledge about their heritage, their country, the island, the ruins, the paths. They made it much much much more fun. This was experience was way above our expectations and I would do this everyday if I could. I highly recommend this to everyone of all ages, and make sure request Michael and Sergio as your guides. Not no knock the other guides they have, but our experience with those two guys was amazing, and yes they ask for a review, but I would never leave these guys hanging, when they showed us such an amazing time and such a fun experience. I'm sure the other guides are just as great. Oh yeah, and the natural pool was amazing. The water was warm, a bit rough and slippery, make sure you take water shoes with you. We loved it. Thank you Michael and Sergio for making our day so awesome. I can not add my photos or videos to this review, but take my word for it, this will be an experience that you'll never forget. I promise!!!

Awesome Experience! Mike and Clevance were the absolute best! - This guided tour was absolutely amazing! We got the best of both worlds as we got to drive the UTVs through the streets and beaches for 2 hours, and then we were driven though the national park up to the natural pool by our guides. Mike and Clevance (I apologize if I misspelled this!) were absolutely top notch. They were very insightful, always offering to take pictures for us, and made sure my wife and I had the best experience possible, especially after they found out we were on our honeymoon. Thanks to the two of them, when we return we will use De Palm Tours for everything from airport transportation to the excursions! Thank you again to the 2 of you for everything you guys did, it absolutely made a difference in our experience!

Get to know Aruba - Such a great time and an excellent way to get to know Aruba. We went with an 11 and 7 year old and it was perfect. jeyson was an awesome tour guide. Very funny and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended .

Awesome views, Awesome tour guides - “Lost shoes” Jason and “magic” mike were AMAZING! They made the tour so much fun & gave lots of really cool information about the island! They took us off-roading through the national park and into the natural pool. They also took us to baby beach and gave us the best snorkeling we’ve done the entire trip! We already want to come back and bring our family on this excursion! Thank you so much guys for an awesome day!

A crazy good adventure - We had the luck of having Jason, Alex and Mike take my family of 6 on this excursion. They were wonderful. Courteous, fun, knowledgeable and adventurous. We didn’t know what to expect but were more than satisfied with the tour. I’d do this trip again, and recommend to anyone…ask for these guides if you can 😀

World Class ATV experience! - We had a blast! It was such a well organized and planned out excursion! We really enjoyed every aspect of it. Our tour guide Luis was phenomenal. He gave us some history of the island while facilitating our entire experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this tour if you’re seeking a one of a kind experience!

Best UTV excursion with Jerry at Depalm Tours in Aruba - Be sure to book Jerry at Depalm Tours we did the UVT!! We had a great time and i would recommend anyone and everyone to do it. Jerry was friendly, fun, and an all around great guy loved him made our trip amazing!! Purchase goggles and dress appropriately, because it can get dusty.

There are better options to access the same sites - This tour can be done mostly on your own in a rental car for a fraction of the price, especially if you are with family or friends you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on this tour, for example: caves with rock paintings, murals in San Nicolás, natural bridge, Baby Beach (it is almost all paved), etc. The only point that requires access in a 4X4 is the natural pool, which is not a big deal, and there are other similar and rugged sites accessible by car.
The trip to the natural pool is very rough, not recommended for people with sensitivity to shock, the company makes you sign a waiver of liability in case of injuries, surely there was a history of problems.
The drivers and guides manage the stay in each place very well to "stretch" the time. They picked us up very punctually at 7:45 a.m. and we returned at 3 p.m., of that time we lost half an hour in some kind of breakfast and two hours we lost in an endless wait for "lunch" to call the tiny portions in some way and There are unappetizing options to choose from from a limited menu. In short: look for other options to access the same sites that this company offers.

“Very disappointing tour experience” - The tour was far from good — it was actually very disappointing. First, our guide, Richie, never clearly explained what we were seeing. We were supposed to visit a natural pool in the ocean, but we never got to see it because access was closed. We were not informed of this beforehand, nor were we offered the option to reschedule.
We were also supposed to go snorkeling, which did not happen. In addition, the natural bridge we were told we would visit was in ruins, and this was not communicated to us either.
Overall, the experience was very poor and quite disappointing.
