Great Deal on Kayaking Trip - Beautiful Kayaking spot with lots of wildlife, an excellent guide, I fed the fish and had fresh fruit after. Really good value.

Kayaking - Very cute day. Good value for money and they give u some fruit at the end. The people there were so sweet and kind. Weather wasn’t the best but still had a great time

Lovely staff and good swimming spot - The young men who helped us paddle and navigate the area were very sweet and helpful, they took pictures and were all together very nice. The water is clear and cool, much cooler than anywhere else I've experienced in Thailand. It was a quick trip, but worth it.

Great day - Great trip. Kayaking in fresh water, it's safe for kids, not hard to paddle. Swimming in clear water and at pier is very beautiful view.

Cool kayaking experience! - The scenery of the kayak route was stunning. The blue lagoon area is exactly what it looks like on pictures and the swimming area is beautiful however very touristy activity so very over crowded in the space. The guides are very friendly and provided you with waterproof bags to take your belongings on the kayak with you which was handy and the fruit provided after the activity was so fresh! The kayaks don’t have a seat with a backrest though so if you have a bad back like my partner it may be quite uncomfortable. The shuttle they have pick you up from your hotel and drop you back off was so convenient as well!

Easy and Cheaper to do on your own - Cool experience, but I wouldn't pay $25 for it through Viator. A grab ride there is ~150 THB (5 USD) and the kayaking is 50 THB ($2.70 USD) so you can easily organize this on your own for much cheaper, and be more flexible. Search Krabi Thana Kayaking on Google maps to find the place. Otherwise, the experience was pretty hectic and felt disorganized, but we got to kayak and swim around in the lagoon which is all we really wanted! It was beautiful and a super cool experience.

Disappointed - There is no doubt the place is a marvel of nature but over tourism is killing it. Surely there is a more sustainable way to do this tour. The Kayaking experience was fun for my kids and the ‘guides’ supported multiple groups but were helpful and stayed around in case we got stuck. It might be challenging for folks who have not kayaked before. The life jackets were the worst part of the trip. They smelt gross and could really do with a good wash. I understand these are not high end providers but basic hygiene can be managed surely! The second bad part of the trip was the fish feeding, it’s really not needed and not sure who finds it fun. But most importantly it’s polluting the waters and causing the green algae which makes the water near the pier terrible. Fish pellets are infamous for this. Can we pls stop this. Those fish don’t need our food. Lastly the crowds. The pools are quite small and there is no crown control. So swimming with kayaks and oars about to hit your head is not really fun. Maybe they can increase the prices and impose slots for crowd control.

Poor price/quality - Very short trip and a lot of people going in the canoe at the same time. Were back at the location within an hour. Fruit we got was nice though

No... go your way - Very disappointed! The person in charge on site is unpleasant... you can feel the catching tourists in full nose! No explanation for beginner kayakers. The paddles are half broken. The bathing place is shabby, and borderline dangerous because it is also a place of passage for kayakers. A lot of people... paid activity14€ per person....Very bad value for money!
