• Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
• Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours (during office hours) before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
• Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket
