- Nong Khiaw - At approximately 9:00 AM, the group will depart from Nong Khiaw by tuk-tuk for a 15-minute ride. This will be followed by a 2 to 3-hour walk to the remote villages of Ban Naluang Lao Khmu Hmong. There will be a break for lunch and an opportunity to explore the village. - Nong Khiaw - At approximately 9:00 AM, the group will depart from Nong Khiaw by tuk-tuk for a 15-minute ride. This will be followed by a 2 to 3-hour walk to the remote villages of Ban Naluang Lao Khmu Hmong. There will be a break for lunch and an opportunity to explore the village. Afterward, a 3 to 4-hour walk will be led by the guide through the primary forest, with stops at scenic viewpoints and a connection to the mountainous landscape, perfect for photography.
Around 4 or 5 PM, the group will arrive at a small village with a mix of Tai Lao, Khmu, and Hmong tribes. Here, participants can learn to make bamboo handicrafts with the village elders. The day will conclude with cooking, dinner, and an overnight stay.
DAY 2: In the morning, after enjoying tea or coffee and breakfast, the journey continues by boat to the next village, Muang Noi. The guide will lead a visit to a historical cave, Phanoi viewpoint, and a walk around the village. Lunch will be enjoyed along the way. After lunch, the group will proceed to Sopkong village and embark on a 1-hour trek to a waterfall along the trail.
