Beautiful and fascinating tour! - Compliments to our guide Joe. He took us on February 14th in his beautiful stories about the Zonnenberg cave and museum. He took the time to answer our questions and knew a lot to tell, which was very interesting. That he was a history teacher certainly made us listen to him carefully. The walk that took almost 2 hours was fascinating. Joe, thank you and have fun at the reunion in July, 30 years after the last time...:)😀

Educational & Fun hour! - With guide Ernst you are in the right place for the tour. Enthusiastic and friendly staff member who talks with passion and answers your questions. The caves themselves are also fun to walk through for an hour, but since they are handmade, they are not the most exciting outside of the stories.

Caves of Zonneberg - I went to the Caves of Zonneberg in Maastricht and took a tour there. It was really great fun! The stories were very interesting and the drawings on the walls are beautiful to see. Our guide, Harrold, told everything in such a lively and enthusiastic way that you were taken all the way into the history of the cave. The tour was fun, educational and very impressive. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this tour!

Not spectacular, but educational and interesting especially with a guide like Harry! - Although it's not very spectacular, our guide Harry made it a fun outing. In itself, it is interesting to see what happened in the tunnels (not caves) and how one proceeded in extracting sand-lime stone (not marl).
