Great experience a must visit - This was a great trip with everything as described.
It was a good luxury trip well explored and explained, loved the guide who was friendly and great.
The bus was comfortable and the food was great. boat ride was amazing and overall a great experience to have.

Best tour in Vietnam - We booked our tour super late through a recommendation from our hotel. Miss Tong was already booked to pick up someone in Hanoi so she sent her friend John and her brother to pick us up on a couple of scooters - we had a ball! John was the perfect host - polite and courteous and a dab hand at dodging irate Grab taxi drivers on his scooter.
Miss Tong picked us up after lunch and drove us around for the rest of the afternoon. Miss Tong was knowledgeable about the area and took a real pride in showing us the sites.
Once finished she slipped us at the hotel to have a shower, then picked us up for a home cooked meal at her house.
We loved the experience which felt more like hanging out with friends than an official tour.

Wonderful experience! - Beautiful scenery and fun biking and river cruises, rainforest hiking. Thao organised it well and guided us, highly recommend!

Include Trang An - Different experience of walking to see the historical buildings, cycling , boating and hiking.
Cycling across the village abs countryside was very special.
The 2 hour boat ride was fun as we paddle the oars along.
Trip was well organized but a bit rush as we hike up and down the Mua Cave to see the view of Tam Coc, if we have another 1hr, will be able to walk to the lotus pond too!

Wonderful time spent in Ninh Binh - I asked for a private 3d2n tour for 4 in Ninh Binh and Lee helped to arrange for me and the quote was reasonable. On the day of departure to Vietnam, two companions are unable to join and Lee helped me remove their sightseeing tickets and meal costs to reduce some of the charges. The driver (Tuan) assigned to us is always punctual, drives well and speaks English. Our Ninh Binh guide (Thao) speaks good English and was really attentive to our needs and helped us take a lot of nice photos. She also took us on different routes to the destinations so that we can see different views of landscape. Thao is a very experience guide and took good care of us. The food at the restaurants were also pretty good.

*Day 2: Trangan Grotto - Bái Đính Pagoda 1 day
*Day 3: Cúc Phương National Park 1 day tour

English Speaking Tour Guide was attentive and proactive. - I shared a tour guide named Thao Tong with a friend and we had a wonderful experience. She knew a free secret spot within and acted as a great photographer with many ideas around the Trang An river cruise and the Bai Dinh Pagoda. She spoke English very well and is a very kind person. It was like traveling with a friend. I highly recommend her.

Must do in Hanoi - Had a wonderful day at Ninh Binh with stunning views, good food, and an incredible experience. Our guide Thao was super sweet, teaching us about the Ninh Binh and taking tons of photos of our group. If you go in the Summer be prepared for the heat, but beyond that, the experience is a must do if you’re visiting Hanoi, especially if all guides are like Thao.

We didn't do everything in the description - I went to their office for pick-up, and I was early. I came at 07:15 as pick up was planned for 07:30 and I wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I opened the door and I woke the guy up! He was sleeping on a couch in the office. If there had been a sign outside telling me that the office doesn't open until 07.30, it would have been fine. But there was nothing.
Also, we didn't go everywhere that was promised in the description, and we were back in Hanoi at 17.30, and not 19.00 because we didn't get to see Thai Vi Temple at all even though we had time to do so! It was very disappointing.
The guide was nice though, and the food was good. The bycicle ride was nice as well as the boat ride, but I hate booking something and not do everything that is promised. To me, that's false advertisement and I cannot stand it.
