Day 1: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Cycling – Thung Nang – Rural Villages
Ninh Binh - 07 to 07:30 AM: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and transfer you to Ninh Binh in a luxury limousine van with a small group of 7 to 8 people.

Day 1: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Cycling – Thung Nang – Rural Villages
Ninh Binh - 07 to 07:30 AM: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and transfer you to Ninh Binh in a luxury limousine van with a small group of 7 to 8 people.
08:40: Take a short break at a stop-over in Dong Van, Ha Nam province, to relax, use the restroom, or enjoy a coffee.
09:35: Arrive at Tam Coc in Ninh Hai Village at our branch office, where you will get a mountain bike to start cycling. If you don’t know how to ride, we will provide a motorbike with a rider for you.
Tam Coc - 10 AM: Our first visit involves cycling through Ninh Hai Village, where you will see a beautiful village with traditional houses and observe the rural daily life of local people. We will then cycle through a huge valley with a spectacular landscape featuring beautiful limestone karsts and green rice paddies. Our guide will teach you about the local rice and traditional culture. After an hour of cycling, you will have the chance to visit a local family and enjoy fresh tropical fruit.
Thai Vi Temple - After enjoying the fruit and relaxing, we will cycle through the huge valley of Tam Coc, which resembles Ha Long Bay. The guide will take you to visit the historical Thai Vi Temple, where you will learn about its history. After visiting the temple, our tour guide will lead you to a local restaurant to enjoy authentic Vietnamese food for lunch.
Tam Coc - After lunch, a limousine van will pick you up and take you to Tam Coc Harbor for a bamboo boat trip to explore the Tam Coc river and caves. You will see spectacular landscapes with limestone karsts emerging from the rice paddies and enjoy a boat ride through beautiful caves. The boat trip will last around 2 to 2.5 hours. After the boat trip, you will be taken to your homestay, villa, or bungalow for check-in. You will have free time to walk around the village. In the evening, you will enjoy a cooking class before dinner. Dinner will be served with Vietnamese cuisine, and you will stay overnight in Tam Coc.
Day 2: Mua Cave – through Rural Villages – Bai Dinh – Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Mua Caves - Breakfast at the homestay is around 7:30 to 8:00 AM. Today, you can choose to visit Mua Cave by bicycle or car. Mua Cave is a highlight and a beautiful place to visit. You can hike up to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain with 500 steps to see a panoramic view of Ninh Binh with its spectacular limestone karst mountains.
Bai Dinh Pagoda - 10:00 AM: Continue to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Upon arrival at the main entrance, you will get a ticket and take an electric car inside the pagoda. Our tour guide will take you on a walk around the pagoda, which has over 1,000 steps and features over 5,000 La Han Buddha statues. You will also see one of the largest bronze and gold Buddha statues in Vietnam. You can admire the beautiful architecture of the pagoda and learn about its history from our guide. After visiting the pagoda, we will have lunch with delicious Vietnamese cuisine. After lunch, you will have free time to relax.
Hoa Lu District - Depart for Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, to visit the temple of King Dinh. Our local guide will provide an introduction to Vietnamese history.
Ninh Binh - Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be dropped off at your hotel or private address in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The trip ends.
