You were aware that we were dissatisfied as we left. The carriage that we reserved (6 person) was clearly a 4 person carriage. No way that 6 adults could fit. We were forced to re-book, wait an hour, and pay $110 more, cause our guests to feel uncomfortable. Last year, we paid the same price, all fit fine, no uncomfortable "reprimands". Really took away from the experience that we have made a tradition for years now.

We felt that the route did not have a nice selection of lights since we know the area well. Also, the ride only lasted 45 minutes when we have been on other rides that were always at least an hour. For over $200, it should at least be an hour.
