Magic - With Mahmoud as a guide and Ramy as a driver we had the perfect team for this trip! 😁 The cruise on the Nil was very beautiful, with beautiful landscape and sunsets. The boat was nice and the food was good! And concerning the visiting of the different sites, everything was awesome and interesting! We really enjoyed this time in family! 😍

The instruction and... - The instruction and organisation of the trip was terrible. We were picked up at 03.45 and due to multiple stops to hotels it took 6 hours to get to Luxor. We were then rushed through the Karnak Temple put back on the small mini bus then as the only two on the cruise deposited at the river. The boat Emilio checked us in to our cabin where we found NO complimentary water or any tea or coffee facilities, this became very annoying in early morning as you could not even buy a cup of coffee before breakfast at 07.30. The boat was subject to many delays no rep was available to guide us and without WiFi we had no contact so had to spend money to find out where and when our trips were taking place. This leads to today. After we finally got in contact the rep told us pick up to Aswan railway station would be 05.00 and driver will meet us at Luxor. After many calls and at 09.30 a car brought us where we were told we would be joining another tour group. Now it is 16.00 and we await still the minibus to finally get us to Hurghada. The rep has assured us it will arrive at 16.35. I am very tired and quite annoyed at the lack of care.
