• The Exchange Brewery - The Exchange is a premium brewery and tasting room situated in the heritage district of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Old Town. While the town is renowned as the heart of Ontario’s wine country, it is also a burgeoning hub for the craft-brewing industry. With brewing and agricultural traditions dating back to the late 1700s, Niagara-on-the-Lake is an ideal location for The Exchange’s brewing approach, which combines traditional and modern techniques and equipment.

• Konzelmann Estate Winery - Konzelmann is Niagara’s sole lakefront winery, beautifully positioned on the shores of Lake Ontario. The winery’s origins trace back to the small German town of Uhlbach, near the end of the 19th century. Friederich Konzelmann, a former restaurateur, transitioned from the culinary world to winemaking. Building on his success in producing house wines for his restaurants, Friederich released his first vintage to the public in 1893. Eventually, he produced 200,000 liters of outstanding wine annually from a variety of Germany’s renowned aromatic varietals.
