Donna was Wonderful! - We had the seated wine tasting experience in the newly renovated tasting room. Although it was quite loud at times (due to the acoustics) we had a lovely hour. Donna, our sommelier, was so warm, kind and attentive. She knows her stuff and made the hour! Thank you Donna.

Konzelmann Wine Experience - Excellent experience with Donna as our server! She is very well versed in the business and connects so well with the patron! We enjoyed the tastings she paired for us and and learned many new things about the growing of grapes, processing and production of wine and the many factors that influence a wine’s taste, Thank you, Donna, for creating a delightful experience for us! Great wine tasting experience - Alex was an excellent wine consultant! Friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing. He let us try wines that weren't in the featured wines and catered to our personal preferences. Loved the whole experience.

Fantastic wine tasting experience with Donna! - This was our second time doing the wine tasting experience. Our sommelier, Donna was incredible. She brought great energy and enthusiasm, and made the experience very memorable for our family. Would highly recommend!

Start with this winery - This was not our first trip to Niagara on the Lake but we had not been this winery which was the first in the area. The serving staff was very knowledgeable and although the facility was going under a renovation, it was still a lovely atmosphere and the tasting was spot on. I was particularly impressed with the unoaked Chardonnay. The gift shop was first class. The grounds were exceptional, vineyards as far as you could see, with an observation deck so one could see Lake Ontario. And there was a fabulous outdoor dining space, which unfortunately was booked up, otherwise we definitely would have tried the fare.

Amazing experience - Cooper gave us a great experience! His recommendations were perfect, the wine was lovely and he was very knowledgeable. The charcuterie was delicious too. I would definitely return!

Donna was a true treat! - Donna was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she took the time to truly understand our likes and preferences and used that insight to curate the perfect tasting experience for us. Every recommendation was spot-on, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our visit memorable. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and warm personality elevated the entire experience.

Anniversary celebration - My wife and I went with my aunt Uncle as they were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary that day. We had a great experience and Cooper made it awesome. He knew a lot of history of the winery and how it began and was pleasant the entire time thank you.

Absolutely amazing - We chose the 1 hours sitting while experience and we were so so well taken care of by Amy and Tom. The wines were great, the experience and the knowledge around the wine was paired with spectacular conversation. The grounds and immaculate and the staff is excellent! Amy and Tom, thank you!!! From the couple from Toronto with 4 kids! You made our day experience so so memorable!
