The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

Wet and Wild Adventure - You will get wet! But it's beautiful and fun!! Be sure you put on your poncho and go out on the point for fabulous pictures.

......beautiful experience....... - ...... in our wandering we also opt to go to see the falls from below......
It was really very nice to be able to touch this huge mass of water almost by hand.
The positive thing is to be able to get the small groups with which to access right.

Mediocre tour - Tour is not guided and it took us an extra 15 mins to get in because the Journey Behind the Falls ticket booth personnel did not immediately accept the Viator booking. We had to talk with a supervisor and email them our Viator reservation for review before they finally decided to let us in.
No one had info about the Tesla Audio part of the tour (where to begin or what it was), so we did not do that part.

Save your $$. Don't. - Would have paid less to just go on tours. Audio download through app wouldn't work. Just go to each place and pay. Not worth it. Save your time, $$, and energy.

Avoid this company - The tickets for the event wouldn’t load and I had to pay a second time. I sought a refund and I haven’t heard back. Don’t use this company.

Over priced and no communication - Sadly this was the worst of all worlds for us. The instructions were unclear, we got the tickets the day after we had booked for. We booked for the 16th of April for behind the falls but when we got there there was only one time slot available, you cannot book online you have to do it in person. The tour was non existent despite contacting the operator we had no communication from them on the day we had booked tickets for.
When we got to the attractions we also found that we had paid way over the individual ticket price for each attraction.
We were really saddened by the experience. Despite sending feedback our request for partial refund had been rejected with no explanation.

Do not go to journey behind the falls. Nothing to see, you will have better luck at a restaurant - If I could give this experience and company 0, I would. The whole trip is a sham. The company doesn’t send you any detailed instructions about the tour. You are better off buying there at the spot. Too long to write exactly what happened at our tour but we didn’t even get to see the Tesla tour as this company gave 0 instructions
Journey behind the falls is a waste of time, we came at 3 as the company didn’t tell us what time we had to arrive, just stated times 10-5.
We came they gave us hard time
About the vouchers then we waited for about 2 hours to see a hole or “opening” in a dark tunnel then we waited another 30-40 min to come back up on the elevator from the tunnels.
There are 2 elevators, 1 was working
After waiting for 2 hours with 2 kids, we saw literally nothing you couldn’t see from a restaurant that was located in that area

Full access to tour behind the falls was not available - Full access to the falls was closed due to the weather; there was no Tesla audio self guided tour available, there were no ponchos provided as stated in the description. Guest should have been made aware so that an informed decision could have been made on purchasing tickets.
