The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

Breathtaking - It was breathtaking to see the waterfalls. I would say though that it might be good to have a person watching the crowds. People just push each other around trying to get pictures and there was one young woman pushing a wheelchair and people were oblivious to letting her move through. I know it's the guests, but perhaps a few kind reminders to people. Other than that we loved it

Daddy daughter trip to the falls - Great history and great sights at the falls ……. You could feel and hear the water cascading over the falls !! It is definitely a sight you gotta see to believe

Worth the time. - You are going to get wet, but the views are really cool. We were there April 3rd and there was still a giant iceberg in front of one of the tunnels, but that was really cool to see as well.

Worth Every Moment — Even in the Cold! - We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the falls up close was something our whole family will never forget. Even with the cold weather, everything was well worth it—the mist, the power of the water, and the overall atmosphere made it feel unreal.

Confusion on redeeming vouchers. - Before you go, make sure you figure out how to redeem the voucher. Got to the tower, and called Viator for instructions. Never called back. Luckily, a staff member at the tower figured it out. Stressful.

Actual experience great, beforehand communication lacking - Once we became properly informed/found location of the Journey Behind The Falls tour, the experience was great from there. This is a great one for those who want to get more up close & personal to the Canadian Niagara Falls than you can just walking by the regular side rails, and also don’t want to necessarily get completely drenched on the boats that take you right into the mist (no boats involved here, it’s all walking and you have a good amount of control regarding how close you get to that mist). I only removed a star due to one crucial aspect of this experience which was the communication on how to arrive to this tour. Our voucher instructions gave us the impression (by explicitly stating) to meet at the Skylon Tower in order to take the Journey Behind The Falls Tour. Now obviously the actual falls & the tower are 2 different locations, but we purchased a package deal (appreciate the reasonable price for the 4 of us also) that included these multiple tours, and based on the instructions we believed we had to meet an official tour guide at Skylon Tower, potentially in a group (because a time slot was chosen upon purchasing tickets) and travel with them to the falls leg of the tour. Between the mobile app and email links I tried to navigate, things got extra confusing, as the links just took you in circles, literally. While I contacted support through the app (which detours you to use whatsapp) for help, and they technically responded, this proved to be of zero help ultimately as their answer to our main question turned out to be incorrect (stating 5pm was the latest time to take tour that day, when latest option was actually 7:30pm. The only reason this was all able to work out well was the fact we were able to take the tour closer to 6pm). We spent a significant amount of time of that day wandering/waiting/asking employees around the tower to try to get information about tour. Would’ve been such a stress & time saver if we had just understood from start that we walk/find a way to the falls ourselves! Shout out to Vicki at the JBTF counter (in Table Rock building) for answering all my questions I had about the tour and the special needs members of my family! Also thankful there was such flexibility about changing our tickets for tour to next day. At first we thought this was only possible option to not lose our purchase because it was past 5pm. Once we learned the tours ran later, they happily switched our ticket date back to original date.

Not very user friendly - It was difficult to figure out how to get the tickets. The QR code was not what the operators at the attractions needed so we had to download the PDF of the tickets which took a bit of time to figure out. The attractions were great it was the user friendliness of the tickets and not being able to figure out how to get the audio tour that were the biggest issues.

Be Aware - The Falls were fantastic!! I wish we would have known that the three elements of this excursion are in three different locations. When we went to the Falls, they did not have the headphones…you have to go to a completely different location. In addition, make sure that you visit the Skylon Tower earlier in the day. We wanted to see the skyline lite up so we went at 6pm….all we saw was fog. The ticket was useless because the fog was so thick you could not see a thing.

Be careful when booking anything in Niagara Falls. - Be careful when booking anything in Niagara Falls. Viator presents a package that has all of the descriptions for excursions the same as or similar to the original purveyor but they are not. We were excited to check out the Tesla Power Plant and yes it comes with self guided audio tour but it is a tour of the grounds outside of the building and does not allow entrance into the building. Very misleading and in the end quite disappointing. Lately I find booking directly with a hotel or tour operator far more beneficial and economical than booking with a third party.

Disappointing - The package was inclusive of Skylon Tower, Behind the fall & Tesla Audio tour.
Behind the fall experience in winter is useless as the 02 windows are actually completely frozen, you cannot see anything.
Also, Tesla Audio tour is quite misleading as we went with the impression that we would access the Nicola Tesla power plant next to the falls, which is not the case.
