Upon entering the Skylon Tower, visitors will ascend 520 feet in a glass elevator to the observation deck, where they will enjoy a breathtaking, panoramic view of all three Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and the American Falls), along with the Niagara River and the surrounding landscape.
Visitors will then descend 125 feet (approximately 40 meters) to explore the cave-like tunnels behind the Falls at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience delights the senses, allowing guests to not only hear the falls but also feel their power.
Next, embark on the Niagara City Cruises boat tour for an up-close encounter with the falls (seasonal: May to December), marking the end of the tour as guests and their guide part ways. During the cruise, participants will navigate around the Niagara gorge and approach the Falls as closely as possible.
During the winter and spring months, the cruise is substituted with Niagara Takes Flight.

Great Experiences - Prepare yourself to do some walking, but the tour itself includes everything you want to do during this three hour time frame. Our tour guide was Gladys. She is very personable and also speaks fluent Spanish. The tidbits she gave us about the falls, as we were walking, were very informative and fun. This tour is a must do, especially if you have limited time in the area.

Excellent adventure - Wear waterproof pants. The ponchos aren't long enough and the wind is fierce. But it was so worth it!

Unforgettable experience - Our day started at 9am with the cruise at the foot of the falls. It was an extraordinary experience: the deafening noise, the water dripping on the face, the swirls around the boat, ... The feeling of being in a 4th dimension, it was surreal, apocalyptic. We stayed at the foot of the falls only 5 to 6 minutes, but it seemed to us to last an hour. We loved it. Small tip: arrive early to be among the first and place yourself on the upper deck.
Then we made the trip to the tunnels behind the falls, that too was worth it.
Then we went up to the terrace on the edge of the precipice to see the water flow into the void. Very impressive.
At noon we had lunch at Table Rock overlooking the falls, then climbed to the top of Skylon Tower where the view is superb. Do not hesitate to visit the small museum of Daredevils. Everything is written in English, but using GoogleTranslation, no problem to understand the stories of all those daredevils who jumped into the precipice.
We waited until nightfall (around 7pm) to see the rainbow-coloured lighted falls. This night vision is also fabulous.
In short, spend the day in Niagara Falls and make the total, you will not regret it. These falls are fascinating, you will have a hard time leaving them.

Julian, the Niagara Falls Expert - My partner and I had an incredible experience touring Niagara Falls, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Julian. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Niagara Falls, from the history to the geology, and he answered every single one of my (many!) questions with ease. I am a naturally a very curious person who loves diving into historical details and Julian made the experience even more engaging with his expertise!
We also never felt rushed. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, see the falls from multiple angles, and complete every activity on our itinerary at our own pace. It made the day feel relaxed, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
If you’re planning to visit Niagara Falls, I highly recommend requesting Julian as your tour guide. He made our trip unforgettable!

Great tour guide, not so great on business side - The tour and experience itself was amazing. Viator, however, allowed me to update the date of our tour (which I did 5 days in advance because of the weather). I received an email and a text confirming the new date and tickets with the correct date, but their computer system didn't have that info and the tour guide said I wasn't on her list. We lost about 15 minutes trying to contact customer support.

This was a great way to... - This was a great way to ensure seeing Niagara Falls up close, behind the falls, and from a bird’s eye view up the Skylon Tower. It would have been nice to hear our tour guide better with a microphone or earpiece as we walked from the Skylon Tower to Journey Behind the Falls. Wear waterproof shoes and clothing as the mist coming from the falls is similar to a good rainy day.
