- This experience has a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- The tour meeting time is 10 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
- Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet
- Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street

Recommend trip in boat - Alora did a very good job telling use about some of the Nigari falls tells as well as show us some photos. I highly recommend doing the boat.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience - Great experience with relevant interesting and historical information as well as intriguing daredevil stories. Our tour guide Alora was kind, informative and helpful. She a kept a good pace throughout the tour and maintained the attention of the group.

Maid of the mist - It has great historical facts about people going over the falls, the secret garden, and being close to the falls was thrilling. Our guid was Alora and she was very personable, engaging and had a great personality. A very cute girl

Take the tour!!! - Alora was super sweet, knowledgeable, young and vibrant. We enjoyed the tour. For the boat ride, please wear clothes you are wanting to get wet. You will be soaked after you leave. 10/10 highly recommend.

Visiting Canada Niagara for the first time - He used proper language at all times and was an excellent tour guide—very friendly, thoughtful, and respectful with my family. A mature and experienced gentleman, he made our experience truly enjoyable.
